I just started using this app. I had a few questions and reached out to their customer support. They were super responsive, and helped resolve the questions I had very quickly. I am happy to have found this app.

Loyalty Lion has been a great app to use since we started working with them 4 months ago. The onboarding process was one of the best I've worked with, getting assigned a CSM [Sammy] who was really on top of deadlines and project management. 5 Stars for support. 3 Stars for the app. Support, ROM, was helpful answering my questions. Provided quick and precise answers. The QuickBooks and the app itself still need improvement when dealing with bundle item SKUs. update: another review for support 5 stars. Sherwin was quick and solved my problem.

Customer service was responsive but app doesn't have all the bells and whistles I had hoped for. For example, it's a certain text limit for what you can write on the wheel. BUT all that being said, Customer Service went above and beyond to help me in every way possible.

This app makes it very easy to offer a discount of your choice to military, and other government employees with qualified and validated codes. It’s very easy to install and to use on our site.

The app works great and the customer service is A+++++! This is bar far my favorite app we use because of how personable and responsive the team is, not to mention, it does good for the world. Highly recommend!

This app was very easy to setup and automate with our Klaviyo flows with the helpful guidance of our onboarding manager, Allison, from Okendo. Allison was very quick to respond to our questions and help us out. We are very excited to start using Okendo and watch the raving reviews start to pour in.
