Die App hält, was sie verspricht. Der Support ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und kompetent; das sieht man selten. All-in-all super, werde die App weiterhin nutzen.
Gute Lösung, waren davor bei der LexOffice Integration und sind zu Pathway gewechselt. Preislich sehr fair und guter Kundensupport!

Great support (thanks Daniela!) and overall a wonderfully simple app, does what it needs for a very fair price!
Doppelt so teuer geworden, für keine neuen Features. Ich wechsele. LG EDIT: Hat sich geklärt. Preis lag am Shopify-Tarif wechsel, was fair ist. Support hat sich schnell gemeldet also top!

Wir vermuten hier liegt ein Missverständnis vor, die Preise haben sich seit 2022 (März) nicht geändert.
Overpriced and useless if you're running a multi-lingual store. While they offer email translations, which are fine those are useless as one cannot translate the newsletter popup banner at all. After multiple attempts to talk to customer service, they said it's not possible.

Kein Support vorhanden. Ich habe seit Wochen keine Antwort erhalten. Internationale Sendungen an Drittländer funktionieren nicht, obwohl die per DPD möglich sind. EDIT: Als Antwort an die Rückmeldung. Ich wurde nicht kontaktiert, sondern musste erst selbst Kontakt aufnehmen, nur um dann einen Einzeiler zu bekommen. Zitiere: "Die DPD-API erlaubt leider keinen Versand in Drittländer." Danke dafür. Bleibe bei SimpleSell

Hallo, scheinbar ist hier irgendwo etwas verloren gegangen. Wir haben zwei Support-Anfragen, die wir am selben Tag beantwortet haben. Bitte melde dich nochmal unter support@247apps.de . Wir werden auch versuchen Kontakt mit euch aufzunehmen. Zu deiner Frage / Problem zu "Internationale Sendungen an Drittländer". Diese Möglichkeit hat die DPD über deren Schnittstelle deaktiviert. Darauf haben wir keinen Einfluss. Hintergrund sind vermutlich die erforderlichen Zolldokumente die die DPD Schnittstelle bis dato nicht liefert.
