The app is exactly what I was looking for. As a small business owner, it helps me prioritize which out of stock items to put into production first and I don't worry about losing sales when an item goes out of stock. My older shopify template had a conflict but the tech support was able to login to my account and fix it for me right away.
Rain was very helpful with helping me locate my problem and then she fixed the problem for all my listings.
I was having issues with some of my syncing and i used the Whatsapp customer support. Mannu Singh helped me locate the problem and walked me through how to fix it. He was knowledgeable about the product and how to troubleshoot.

Product does so much and it is easy to use. I'm getting so many more reviews since I switched. Plus, they have amazing customer service.

Just started with the system and so far, I am loving it. Plus, they have great support. I had two questions and they were answered immediately which saved me soooo much time searching for the answer myself. I look forward to working with this system. I use Shopify Basic and this app gives you more than Shopify does at a better price. Stoked!

The app worked great. I did a tiered volume discount with no issues. However, I wish there was an option to allow the customer to choose at checkout to use the Quantity Discount or an existing discount code they had received in the past. We had a few premium members who had a discount code that would have been higher than the tiered discount promo I set with Quantity Break.

Hi there - thanks for the feedback! There is an option in the Settings tab of the app which will allow shoppers to use certain types of discount codes on the cart page. I suspect the discount code's discount would get added on top of the quantity discounts which probably isn't what you want. We'll go ahead and add this to our requested features list. Affordable and it does everything! I recommend this app to anyone who is looking to have great galleries without spending a monthly fortune
I just installed on Shopify. It worked so perfectly. Many options for customizing but didn't need them...it comes out of the box looking great. I am using Hashtags so I loved the ability to disapprove a post in the event it did not fit the hashtag. Great app!
