We have been happy with the app for about a year now. We had some issues with adding the app to our new, updated theme and the support team fixed it quickly for us. They are very responsive and helpful. We had another question about the app several months later and their customer service team took the extra time to record a video explaining the issue so we could better understand and fix future issues ourselves. This app does exactly what we were looking for. We were able to customize how we display reviews on the app and even connected the reviews to our klaviyo email flows. The customer service is top notch. I had a few issues and when I was not able to solve myself, I gave access to our shop and they fixed it for me. We are very pleased. If you are considering adding reviews to your shop, I highly recommend trying LOOX before paying too much for other review apps.

We really like the app. Very useful tool for managing out of stock inventory and alerting customers when items are restocked and ready to purchase. Would like to see a cleaner way to deal with out of stock / discontinued products. Would like to see them removed from the product offering and deleted (by variant) immediately from the "most wanted" report. Customer service was very helpful and quick to reply. THANK YOU!

This app works well and has helped our online customers find us in stores near them. It is EXTREMELY easy to setup and update. I recommend this app. Only thing I could say is it seems a bit pricey for an app with one function.
