Fantastic customer service from this app. Best I've ever received since starting my store 6 years ago. Great app, does what it says on the tin. Very happy customer. Sorted out a little problem I originally had, but this was my error and confusion. All was sorted. Highly recommend!

Very basic ad tools. You have literally no control over most aspects. The funnel, well, doesn't work, because you only spend money at the top of the funnel. After 2 weeks and many carts abandoned, this app didn't give a single impression to winning and potential customers back in the funnel. All my budget went at the top (which is the least captive audience). Wasted money.

Can see potential with this app, but when you go to login, there's an error, and now I can't access anything. Contacted support multiple times, but didn't hear anything back. Edit: Now, even more features do not work. You cannot connect to facebook. Seems so buggy, and a waste of time.

We understand how frustrating this can be but upon reviewing your case, it appears that your Facebook account does not have the necessary permissions to grant any access to your ad account. Please note that only admin-level accounts can successfully connect without encountering such errors.
Best app I've used! Easy to use, well laid out, quick. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Very happy with this app and would highly recommend!
AVOID!!!!!!!!!! Worst app I have ever used.....EVER!!!! Charged me over £320 and I got 0 SALES. ZERO!!!!!!!! They were charging me almost £1.50 per click!!!! Absolutely criminal. Shopify should be made aware how poor this app is. It doesn't help you, it charged you stupid amounts for non-relevant ads. The worst app and biggest waste of money my business has made. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Wanted this to support importing all my reviews from Etsy. But I have to download Chrome, and an app, and then I get nowhere. Would be so much easier having a button within the app to import all my Etsy reviews to each relevant product, without me manually adding each one.

We do have buttons where you need to insert the link and click on import button within our app, the third party app such as Oberlo is to bulk import so you don't need to search and add the links it will import reviews for all your products automatically and it's optional
Uninstalled this week's back, and keeps creating new ads every few days!! I don't want any more ads created. I removed this ad, but every few days this app creates new ads, even after installing it. Didn't work for me. Cost silly amounts and didn't make a single sale.

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience using our application. I confirm that there was a bug on our side and it has already been fixed. Please note that each advertising campaign has to go through a Learning phase to bring results in the future. To achieve this you need to keep the advertising campaign active for seven days. Thank you for your feedback! It helps us to get better.
Seems pretty good for now. Will have to see if it benefits my store once I've collected more emails. The email feature appears to be $10, but then they charge more each time you have more page views, which I think is a bit disappointing. Update: Re-activated this to my store, and they were expecting me to pay $250 per month!!..PER MONTH! A small business like mine and this is what they charge. Way too expensive.
This app has gone right down hoill since the update and rebrand! Used to be so easy, click transfer and done! NOT SO EASY with this new app! You click transfer then nothing happens. You add products to queue, click update and it doesn't add any, maybe 1 out of 10. So confusing now. Not happy.

Don't bother - completely slows down your website! Options work fine, but makes the website load a lot slower.

This app is good for importing products, however, it doens't import pricing for any variants. This takes days if you have a lot of products..

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, you're right, our app is using CSV file exported from Etsy, and for some reason, Etsy does not export variant prices, so we can't import that data as it's missed in the source file. But we'll release new app version very soon that will allow you to sync Etsy with Shopify using API (instead of export/import CSV file manually), and that solution won't have such limitation. Stay tuned!
