I sell worldwide, and I’m often confronted with incredibly expensive Out of Delivery Area surcharges — sometimes €40 to €45 on an order worth just €40. I use a 3PL for fulfilment and they don't have live rates that check for remote area postalcodes. Then Rural Radar came onto — you guessed it — my radar. What a game changer! Yes, I probably lose a few sales because customers in remote-area ZIP or postal codes are confronted with shipping costs that include these surcharges. In many cases, that scares them away if they’re not willing to pay the steep fees the express carriers charge me. But under these circumstances, that’s exactly what I want. I’d rather lose the sale than lose money on the order. Now, thanks to Rural Radar, I’m no longer getting caught out by those unexpected remote-area charges. The app pays for itself for an entire year after just two orders that would otherwise have gone through without the remote-area surcharge being added to the shipping cost.

Great easy to use app but more important, Matas was very quick to solve an issue I had. Excellent support. Highly recommended.

What can I say? Like all the other Nabu apps, this works well, and support is always beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent app that can really help you troubleshoot errors, but what stands out even more is Nabu's support. For a score of 1 out of 10, I give Nabu support an 11.

A nice, simple app which helps optimize images in your store in bulk. I had some issues with the HEIC format, but not long after reporting the issue, the developers solved the issue. I also use other apps by Nabu, and I'm extremely happy with the support.

Very easy to use. I use other Nabu apps also like Nabu for Google Feed and I do run into Google Merchant issues. However the support Nabu has has given has gone way beyond the call of duty. They spent an enormous amount of time helping me fix those problems. Well worth every dime I pay them for those apps.

Great app. I had a bunch of products out of stock and this app paid for itself as soon as they were back in stock. The customer service is also superb. I tried their pre-order option that they introduced recently. It had several serious bugs but after I reported these they went to work and solved them very quickly. I'm a happy camper.

I really needed an option to have my customers agree to my terms, especially since august 2025 when the US cancelled the below $800 de-minimus tax free import threshold for consumers. Recently I wanted to upgrade to a new version of the theme. Termzy did not work and I contacted support who solved the problem rapidly and again I'm a very happy customer.

Had some issues due to google analytics migration but the problem was solved quickly via the chat.

Just installed the app and Asyan helped me setup the volume discounts and it seems to work like a charm. Naturally I need more time with the app to judge it but so far Asyan's help has been great!

I've been using the app the last few months. I ran into an issue with Google Merchant errors and the team at Nabu was on top of it, really helping out and solving the problems in no time. They also advised me on some changes I should make. Based on my experience with Nabu I highly recommend them.

Taransh was not only very helpful but saved me a bunch of money on the subscription by advising me to downgrade because I wasn't using all the features. I can now afford an ice cream tonight. :-)

I installed Smart SEO and forgot to turn off a JSON-LD file from another SEO App. This caused a critical error in Google Search Console where my product no longer showed in the Google Search results. I contacted Smart Seo and within a day (mind the time difference) it was fixed! But that is not all! Rado from Smart Seo went beyond the call of duty. Just read what else Rado fixed: Then I used its feature to clean microdata from your theme, and then I commented out (made inactive) a few scripts in your theme which were outputting duplicated JSON-LD structured data. At the end, I have disabled the JSON-LD feature of your TinyIMG SEO Image Optimizer & Speed app which you have installed. As you can see there are no longer errors in the structured data. Now that is customer service! I really recommend this app.

Nice app, does what it needs to do and is very reasonably priced. I would give it a 5 star if there was an easier way to set the delivery dates for each country in a bulk mode. I sell worldwide and I have to set these parameters per country which is a lot of work. This could be improved. For example, they should show a country list per region, lets say the EU and you just checkmark each country to use the same test and delivery date. Or something in that order.

Not only does SEO, Speed & Image Optimizer really help speed things up, the support from Julia went beyond the call of duty. She took a serious look at my site and gave me a bunch of advice, blogs to read and a youtube video to watch. I took the 24 month pricing option and got a huge discount on top of that. Really worth every penny!

I absolutely love this app. I've been using it for about a month now and it just works and makes my invoices and packing slips etc look professional!

This app is just what I needed. I had to make a custom template, struggled to get it to print correctly, and discovered my printer was not scaling to 100%. Works perfectly now, and Yanet increased my print quota without any problems. I recommend this app if you need an easy way to print barcodes.

I love this app because it is so much easier for the customer to get in contact with me and vice versa.

Still have to try most of the app but support was quick and solved my problem in seconds which makes me a happy camper.

To be honest I'm not reviewing the app but support from Shen. Her support was excellent and she really put a lot of time into setting it up for me. I'm not revieweing the app yet because I haven't really had anytime to test it. I would have given Shen 5 stars for her work but I do not like being pushed to write reviews. That's one star she's not getting but her support was really great.
