After being with one of ShipInsure's competitors for a few years, we made the switch earlier this year to ShipInsure, which has provided some much needed flexibility and customization capabilities we did not have with our previous solution. They are very attentive to our needs, timely in their response time, and very easy to work with. We are impressed!

Wow! Only been using ShipStation for about a week, and already we absolutely LOVE the way it handles the customization and workflows our Shopify store requires (such as split shipments). For more than a year, we have been battling persistent spam sign-ups. They've easy to spot, as they're only created with bogus email addresses on the aol.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com, outlook.com, and yahoo.com domains, and almost always have 3 numeric digits embedded in the email prefix. Most recently, we've also been getting accounts created with a first name only with the city/state always being Toronto, Canada. Still, removing them takes a lot of manual labor to manage. Florence was extremely helpful in explaining the differences in each setting, making several recommendations for keeping the bots and fraudsters away.

We recently switched to TargetBay from another provider, and instantly saved 3-figures on our monthly plan. Quickly learned that our previous provider had us on a shared server with thousands of other clients, which seriously damaged our sender reputation. TargetBay placed us on a dedicated IP, and upon our first campaign, we experienced almost a 50% open percentage right out of the gate -- something we have never come anywhere close to in the past!

Migration from another review app to Judge.me was straight forward, and customization was very easy!

QeApps continues to improve our customized Shopify App to our specifications, by adding support for other third-party solutions we subscribe to through the desktop version of our Shopify Store. Most recently, they added support for Route Package Protection to give our mobile app users the same level of ordering protection as our desktop users. We highly recommend any merchant using Shopify to consider QeApps to supplement your solution with their expertise.

Loving this so far - this has been one of the shortfalls of Shopify in the last 2½ years, and we're thrilled to now have the capability of managing pre-orders with this app!

Been on Omnisend several months now after using Shopify's native email campaigns. I sometimes get lost in the weeds since Omnisend is so much more powerful, but patient support personnel like Luiz makes it easy to understand!

Great tool which provides additional ways for me to capture sales from repeat customers that I would not otherwise get!
