We have been using Okendo for more than five years with great success. It’s been an excellent solution for our business and integrates seamlessly with our app ecosystem. Their platform is reliable, easy to use, and has helped us strengthen customer trust and engagement over time.
The MESA team has being really helpfull developing flows that save us lot of time and helped us with late alerts to prevent problems in order processing
It was a pity to hear that we cannot develop emails in HMTL anymore. We hope in near future, to be able to translate all the program ( including nudges ) as for most of our customers who doesnt speak English, it´s not easy to understand when we show half in english and half in spanish.

Great app, now they filter cancelled orders and show product images!!! If you make a suggestion they care about it!!

I ´ve been trying to install this app on my site and I am still trying. I hope this situation will change asap as it have passed two weeks since I installed the app and is still not working properly.
