Has paid for itself already in extra sales .. fantastic app .. works well and awesome support from the team if you should need it .. highly recommended.
UPDATE .. Woww is all i can say .. at every stage these guys have been super helpful, & our brand ambassador program seems to be doing its thing .. :) .. We took a long time to settle on what brand ambassador app to use but Bix seems to be the one & the right choice so far .. just hope that the ongoing function is as easy and straightforward as the setup was .. so far so good .. :)
Very helpful staff and the you truly get a personal service here .. which is very difficult to find nowadays .. :)
Utterly useless .. the old FB app that worked seamlessly was replaced with this one .. and wont connect .. WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A FB STORE FOR OVER 4 MONTHS NOW .. Shopify ticket ID is 20655893 .. DO NOT install this app it will disconnect your working app and cause NONE of your tagged FB products & links to work .. ZERO STARS .. Shopify's reposne is to contact Facebook however the MOST ironic thing is that the No1 platform on the planet for "Connecting People" are simply impossible to connect with themselves .. !!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I can definitely see why this situation has been stressful given that you still cannot connect your Facebook or Instagram for over 4 months. I know our Technical was working with the Facebook development team diligently to get the error you were you encountering resolved and has confirmed the issue lies within Facebook's platform. My best advice is to continue to follow up with them so they can continue to look into this further for you. - Anna, Shopify Support
Good app and easy to use .. James was super helpful in the setup and always answered my calls if I needed a little extra support.. only 4 stars due to a small issue with the extraction of order information and tariff codes for export orders .. but for domestic shipments it works well .. :)
So far so good .. The set up was logical & easy to understand with plenty of customizable options ..
So, if you are a small business and just want something that will ping out a basic email to your customers then this is for you .. However, if you actually care about your communication with customers and require a decent level of customization and control then stick with a dedicated 3rd party app .. We would have loved to streamline our email into shopify but sadly with the functions as they are it just wont happen .. Mailchimp .. my business with you is safe for now .. Hell Yeahhhh ... This rewards program is awesome .. Generating LOTS of customer interest and interactions .. Even with just using the full features of the free plan we have generated a handful of sales and its only been live on our site for 3 days .. Cant wait to tinker with this and can not see any reason not to go for the paid option soon to utalise even more great features ..
Great app that offer stacks of features .. we only used a few that we really needed to kick off with but as time goes on we have enables a few more to test our customers reaction to them .. all in all a very positive set of tools to play with and help higher conversion rates from our web visitors ..
Very impressed ..There were a couple of glitches in getting it to work exactly how i needed it to and contacted the help centre .. I have been amazed at how attentive these guys are in helping sort any/all issues and customising the whole package to my exact needs, even offering to link it to my ESP free of charge and always coming back with progress reports ... I now have a perfectly working feature to add to our site that my customers just LOVE .. Thank you Krishnan you are a superstar ..
