I have struggled to find an app that works flawlessly for syncing inventory. Some of them have so many features that even if the inventory part works, something else doesn't. Trunk eliminates that headache. I am now confident in my stock levels. Being able to have Shopify as my "master" stock level and having it import to Etsy is unique among the apps I have used, and is perfect for my needs.

A few hiccups to start but the developers are very keen to please and addressed issues extremely quickly. I am currently only using this for Etsy orders which I am aware is in beta, but willing to be along for the ride based on my interactions with Alex.

I have possibly tried every Etsy to Shopify app available for $40 or less a month. They all have their quirks, but Shuttle is so far my favorite. Support is available by email in just a few hours or less, and is as friendly as they are helpful. There are more options available in this app than many others at the same price point, and the syncing of inventory and orders works like a dream if you have your SKUs set up beforehand. Super easy set up right away. Love the way they let you integrate the app into your cart page - it's very intuitive and helps you get that polished professional look! I did reach out to support with a question and they answered very quickly and professionally with a lot of great, useful information. Excited to see how my customers like this new feature!

I have tried a lot of different Etsy Sync apps at all different price points. For the price, this one is hard to beat. Darpan and the team are always keen to help and ensure you are getting your money's worth and that things are working as intended. I have had a couple of hiccups with getting things set up (mostly because I have complicated Etsy listings!) but they have been quick to resolve it and get me going.

Molly, Jayce, and Amy all helped me get the app to look and work exactly as I wanted to. I am blown away by the support I received within minutes of installing. I switched from another website platform where the recurring order system was really not working well. Recharge has been a breath of fresh air. The cost is very reasonable even for low volume shops like mine, while still offering great customer service when help is needed. I was able to import my current subscribers to my Shopify site easily, and customers have a lot of tools available to them. Recharge also can read line item properties generated by variant apps, which is something that other apps are missing. Highly recommend!

There is a lot of good to say about this app. It is super easy to apply options to single or multiple items, the conditional is flawless, and it is compatible with Shopify Subscription order flow, meaning the customer can see the inputs in the cart, in their order email, and I can see it reflected in the order on my side (which is surprisingly not the case with all apps on Shopify!). Lots of option types and easy to update with simple CSS - and they give you a good easy guide that most people can follow. Being able to assign an addon as a option was awesome also. Only recommendations would be the ability to reorder the Option Sets, and to be able to assign a price point to some options without having to assign an item addon. Example: Option 1 is included in the price, Option 2 adds $2 to the price. Overall it is worth the price and easy to use. Can't go wrong!

This app is easy to work with and do what I want to make great looking product pages that adjust to the variant selected. Really nice with Dawn 2.0 where images are all shown in a grid down the side, so you can hide images that aren't relevant. I had an issue with the app and customer service was extremely quick to get back to me, and more than generous in their offered solution. Definitely reach out to them if you have any issues because customer service like theirs is really hard to find in this digital world and they clearly want to help!

It is relatively easy to use. Was able to get it set up quickly. However, Checkboxes weren't transferring to the cart at all, and to my horror, NONE of the fields were captured in the order. So my customer spent time personalizing her product only to find that I had none of the information she input! Had to scramble and find another app to use. Also allowed customer to add to cart without filling in anything, even though I had selected required. This app is setting out to change my life. I always worry about overselling because I have so many raw materials that are shared between items I sell. This app prevents that problem, which means I get to make more money and provide a better order fulfillment experience. It is easy to set up and gives me the peace of mind I need to sell at my full potential! Customer service was quick to answer questions, and I have already received an email since starting using it letting me know about updates and new features.
