Helpful support team and streamlined process.
Have used Poplar for direct mail and couldn't be happier. Looking to leverage Poplar's capabilities further in 2025 with enhanced creative so excited to start working on that soon.
Their support team has always gone above and beyond expectations when diagnosing unexpected issues that and helping our team understand how to use their product most effectively. My one wishlist feature would be some sort of A/B testing that would allow us to measure the impact of address validation on checkout.
The level of support we received is truly unparalleled. Their team was immediately able to join a video call and walk me through the setup process, then they stuck around to help me perform a few test orders.

The Intelligems team has built a great product and the support we received while launching our first test was stellar. Regardless of the results, I've been impressed with the way they present themselves as a team from day one.
Becoming proficient with the product requires some effort but their support team has been quick to reply and very helpful in resolving any issues.

Made the transition to Skio from ReCharge and have not regretted it. Their product is just so much cleaner, more user-friendly, and downright better. Also, their pace of feature development is astoundingly fast. And I get the impression this is just the beginning. The migration was admittedly a little bumpy based on a technical challenge, but the Skio team was super responsive and hands-on in addressing the issue and making it happen. Strongly recommend this app.

ShipBob's software is great. App setup is simple and easy. Very intuitive and functional. We've been using it for years and have seen how their product team continues to improve it month after month.
