I've been using returns center for a few years now and the service has been incredible in mitigating returns for my customers. It saves me time on answering emails and my customers appreciate the easy form process. The support team at Aftership are awesome too. Responsive and helpful. Aditi was recently super helpful with a billing issue I was having. My issue was sorted out within minutes and all my experiences with their support team have been similar. They really make the entire app experience easy. Highly recommend!

Excellent drop shipping option and Elin with customer service has been a big help with any issues I may be having :) I also recently worked with Karen in customer service to rectify a small connection issue with shopify and she was knowledgeable and informative. I was really resistant to text marketing and a little overwhelmed by it but since joining postscript my sales and site traffic have significantly increased. It’s easy to set up and customer support is fantastic. Sylvia was great at helping me out on a coupon code question today!! Responsive and thorough. So happy with this service :)

One of the best label apps in the App Store. I had a small teensy technical issue with my theme and they got it fixed for me within 24 hours and the app itself is so versatile. Works much smoother than similar apps I’ve tried as well!

This is my THIRD loyalty program. My first one allowed customers to skirt the system on referrals and bank on discounts without the referral making purchase and my second program was actually pretty great but pricier. So I switched to Beautiful Loyalty and I LOVE IT. So very easy to set up (about an hour if you're a total obsessive design nut like me but less if you want to get it live) and transferring my customer's current totals from the old program was a breeze. No seriously, I was out on my deck enjoying the summer breeze while it loaded the file all on it's own. I checked everything manually but there was no need cause it captured all the info correctly. So far my customers are enjoying earning points with this program way more as well and it has led to a lot more shares to social media to get points too. All in all..... I RECOMMEND.

My customers are actually excited about earning rewards again. For some reason I didn't find this app right away and ended up trying like, EVERY OTHER REWARDS APP IN THE APP STORE. How I didn't even see this one in this hunt is beyond me. But all the others... total damn duds. Glitches, oddball calculations, not accurately crediting customers. Total stressful mess that I was ready to throw in the towel on the whole thing. But I decided to do ONE MORE search for an app and found Loyalty Points. It's been aces ever since. I just added it so it hasn't created new sales just yet but the buzz is great in my facebook customer group. They are excited to get started! The Bold team hooked up my code for this app super fast. Like, no waiting hardly at all.
