Very useful tool for our business...one of the simplest cohort analysis tools out there and Klaviyo integration is incredibly helpful!
Fantastic app, incredibly easy to use and well connected to our tech stack. Mayank, Sushil and the team at Tangent have been immensely helpful throughout - taking us all the way from concept to go live. We've thrown a lot of requests and specific needs at them but nothing has been too difficult and everything happened quickly!
We recently ran into a Shopify discount issue during a campaign, and the Discount Kit team stepped in quickly to help us implement an effective workaround. They were responsive and ensured everything was resolved smoothly. We appreciate their proactive support and the way they worked with us to keep the campaign running without disruption.
Had great customer service from Shelby at Smile.Io recently! She has been able to provide a report that is currently unable to be accessed from the main analytics page and has it scheduled to update me on a later date. Incredibly helpful!

The app is very user-friendly and doesn't require any technical expertise to get started. Sid and his team were incredibly helpful in making sure that the app worked and looked the way we wanted. They were quick to respond to our requests and always willing to help. Would recommend.
The support from the Virtue team has been fantastic, with prompt responses to queries and emails. Vitrue has provided us with a solution for both customer and charity donations, not all apps do both! The app was easily installed, we were up and running within a few days - great onboarding support and no need for a developer!

Super app! Shogun allows us to build pages without the need of our developer. The support team are always fast to respond, helpful, and friendly!

Makes it effortless to offer subscription to customers and support is very responsive. The new integrated checkout makes the whole offering a lot more sophisticated.
Amazing value app - really rich feature set, does everything we need it to do, and one of the few apps that can sync across a multi-store set up!
Outstanding service and technology from AskWhai. Raj and his team understood our vision immediately and executed exactly as briefed (you can contact them for custom work if you can't achieve your goals natively within the app). Not only was their work detailed and considered - turn around time was ASAP too, By far one of our favourite partners to work with!

Excellent app - makes the task of migrating from another e-commerce platform (Squarespace in our case) to Shopify very straight forward - customer profiles kept intact and Shopify analytics fully populated with historic orders. Ralph is also super responsive with any queries you have. Everything essentially worked perfectly. The app is quite dependent on the quality of data you have - the better quality the data, the better the import!
