Amazing 5 star support!!! (I'm not paid lol) The quiz is an easy quick solution to build dynamic quizzes on products for our store. It has conditional logic ability which you can journey customers to different types of question which I love. Also their chat support system is amazing. Supper patient with whatever questions you may have about integration, issues or concerns. Really love the app so far and will continue to use it for further surveys :)

Great tool that is intuitive and integrates so easily with our Shopify Store. I think their new integrations are very exciting so we can have our 1st party data feeding directly into our marketing campaigns and personalizing the customer experience.

Quick, smart and reliable support. Even with the 30-day trial, the support team were extremely helpful in finding the 'why' to a non-functioning pop-up and found that another app's errors were preventing function. Sorted quickly and my first simple 'quiz' (shade finder) is up and running. Really pleased.

I'm writing this review after almost 2 years of using VQB. Great app with a dedicated team behind that constantly seems to update and develop the app adding functionality. Big shout out to the support team who are prompt, friendly and always there to assist, no matter what.

Highly recommend VBQ if you are looking for a coherent and well-designed quiz! The team are attentive and very thorough. Super robust quiz builder! Challenging at first, but after looking through the documentation and tutorials, I was able to build an engaging ebike profile questionnaire for my customers by recommending pages within my shop instead of products or collections. This is a great quiz app. It is easy to set up, and loads quickly. I love that you can add slides with Gifs in between questions-- a unique function. The support is awesome! I had a need that was specific to my site, and Raj worked tirelessly to make it happen. He was very responsive, and did not stop until it was right. I am pleased! Update- Even though the company is under new management, the customer service has still been great. I had a special request and they promptly worked with me to make sure it was done to my specifications!

I spent a few weeks exploring the different quiz apps that would suit me best. I ultimately decided to go with this app and I have not been disappointed! It has many helpful features and the customer service team is incredibly helpful and responsive. Infrequently, but noticeably, the edits you make might not stick, but this is easy to fix: just save frequently and keep on trying until they do. Everything else about the app and my experience with it more than makes up for this one shortcoming.

The app makes it really easy to build a quiz. I like that it integrates with Klaviyo, so I can have emails that go to the customers based on their quiz responses. Customer service is amazing. Any time I have an issue, they fix it quickly and help me when I don't know how certain aspects of the app work.

We are using this app to create quizzes on our website, it's easy to use and most importantly their support team behind the app is very helpful. They regularly respond to our questions and customise our quizzes according to what we ask from them. They also created a very user friendly version of their app which is a big plus. I use this app for over 7 months now and everything is working fine. I have an 21% conversion rate on people who do the quiz, so its definitely printing money for me. I use it as a product recommendation. We've been using the Visual Quiz Builder for a few months now. We really like it. We're using it to make product recommendations to website visitors and to gather data to segment customers. It integrates really well with Klaviyo so we can get very granular with our segmentation based on each question answered. A key feature here was date-based data we could collect so we can send date-based flows in Klaviyo. Most other quiz apps I looked at did not have this feature. On top of that, the support has been excellent! Very responsive and helpful with some custom development in some areas (you probably have to be on the top-tier plan for this, which we are, but maybe not). Highly recommend!

The best app right now for the easy creation of an effective e-commerce store quiz. The layout is very clean, unlike other solutions out there (which tend to have a more dated look and feel). The integration is simple and straight forward, and the customer support is excellent. They're very hands on and have helped us enormously with the Klaviyo integration too!
