Really useful and easy to set up. The chatbot integrates nicely with the store and gives relevant answers based on the products and store information. I especially like the product recommendations and the option for customers to add items to their cart directly from the chat. The interface is clean and everything feels straightforward to manage. A solid app for improving customer support without adding extra complexity.
