Great, easy to use editor and page builder. It's made setting up landing pages and special product pages very simple.

Emotive has made it very easy to reach out to our SMS list with great segmenting options, awesome support (who will even write your texts for you), & an intuitive user interface. When Emotive created its own pop-up for gathering phone numbers and email addresses from customers, JC and the support team took care of the entire migration for us. This is definitely a good option for businesses using SMS marketing. I was disappointed that they don't use their Attribution software for more accurate analytics on the SMS side. This app is one of the best apps for a retail websites, especially during the pandemic, supply chains have become increasingly hectic, delays in shipments can lead to stock outs unless you have a healthy amount of inventory on hand. For us we have had several products run out of stock. Back in stock alerts has been so amazing. It allows our customers to sign up for notifications once a product does come back as available and can notify our customer in order of who requested first. We can tell when items come back in stock as we receive a big influx of orders as customers get notified of these items coming back in stock. This app has easily paid itself off and will for any others who use it. Highly Recommended!

Five Star App that cares about its users. We had searched for a return platform that would match our storefront. When we had been comparing the different options, based on price, features and customization, Atomic was the clear winner. The support is always very responsive and helpful. The initial set up was very straight forward and easy to implement. They are constantly improving their platform based on the needs and requests of their customers. Another main reason that we went with Atomic is that they are currently in the process of creating a warranty platform to partner with their return/exchange/Credit software. We had been unsuccessful finding anyone else doing this. With their reporting features we are easily able to identify problem SKU's and reach appropriate actions. I would highly recommend this App to everyone that deals with multiple returns and exchanges.

When we switched to Drip we were able to track conversions as they related to our automated email sequences much better! We we also able to track the lifetime value of our customers well! It's easy to use, has the features we need, and really does a better job than any other ECRM we've used so far.
