very helpful getting things set up
So far it has been exactly what I have been looking for and the customer service has been most helpful helping me get things set up.
I looked at several apps to do what I wanted to do and these guys came the closest but it still didn't accomplish what I wanted in that it didn't take my thousand designs and put them in a random order! When I contacted them about it they asked a few questions and in 48 hours gave me a button that allows me to put the images in random order! Can I just say that alone was worth every penny for their app! Thanks for going above and beyond with great customer service! My clients are so excited to see their creations on my website! I'm doing a happy dance!
they have been as helpful as they possibly can every time I have needed help.
I had a few things I didn't understand when setting things up for my subscriptions. Even though they have some wonderful videos I found I couldn't wrap my head around a couple things. The team had wonderful patience as I tried to describe the issue and helped solve the issue in a very easy fashion. Would highly recommend.
