We've used PostPilot for several years now, and they've played an integral role in our retention and acquisition initiatives. The platform makes it easy to track performance and compare results, especially given their integration with Shopify. Plus, their customer support is top-notch; our CSM's Mikaela and Tristin are quick to respond, strategic, and a pleasure to work with. Through lots of testing, we've landed on a strategy that works well for us and delivers strong results on IROAS; this has been a significant win for our company!
Been using Discount Kit for our Gift with Purchase campaigns and it really handles our needs well. The team (Sammy, Dave, and Gavyn) has been particularly helpful - really quick responses and clear explanations when we had questions about setup and functionality Technical limitations are communicated clearly and they're transparent about their product roadmap. Key standout is their customer service approach - they're very proactive about helping you solve issues. If you need a reliable discount management tool, this one definitely delivers.
Recharge makes it easy to manage our subscription services! It's been an integral part of our business in driving consistent revenue. Perhaps the most invaluable resource within Recharge is their support team! Any time I have a question or a request, I'm quickly assisted and given concise, direct answers.

Fantastic product, reviewed 5-6 different video UGC platforms and Videowise is the best by far! Very impressed by their team, UX principles, performance, ease of use in the platform, how many edge cases / use cases they have thought through, vision and pace of engineering. Initial test results have boosted our RPS by nearly 10%. Excited to continue to growth with Videowise.

Great tool! amazing customer support team, really have some GA experts to help onboard, guide and implement a wide range of solutions in GA. The ability to bring Recharge subscription customer data into GA is very useful!
Postscript is AMAZING. The support team is so helpful and the platform is so robust in terms of it's capabilities. We already have a 23x ROI!
