Its a really good App to answer questions from you customers, only thing missing is a way of knowing the app is working. Like having reports on which customers who asked questions bought the product as a consequence. That would make the app much better. Still a pretty nice app. :D

We are actually very satisfied with Serchanise and how it works. Really easy to use and the help has always being right on time. We haven’t really used all of Searchanise features, but they all complete a really round app. :D We really like the forum of help as well. Thanks for the app! :D

This App has saved us from EVERY chargeback we've had. The software really knows how to detect a fraudulent order. Service is helpfull, reponsive and quick. Very recommended!
