This has been awesome from day one. Very powerful but also a really nice, clean interface and great styling for emails etc. I'm a very happy customer! Today, I just added a 'Out of Stock' automation and honestly can barely believe how quick and easy it was to do. Amazing. Been with these guys for a few years now and am constantly impressed by the product. Highly, highly recommended. UPDATE: Sometimes we mess things up. That's what I did yesterday. For me, the measure of a good company is how willing they are to try to help you fix things. Omnisend customer support (Stefan in particular) have blown me away. Responsive and super helpful, issue resolved in no time. The thing is, Omnisend is so good that I haven't needed customer service much in the past. It's good to know that if I do, they've got my back.

I recently migrated from ReCharge to Seal. I ended up doing the migration manually for the most part (rather than using the ReCharge API) and it was pretty easy. Seal Subscriptions is easy to use, easy to understand, and the support is good too. Compared to ReCharge, this app is way simpler - and I don't mean that as a negative. It covers most of the same bases, but is better laid out and easier to manage as well as being easy to customise. I only had a few issues during the setup, and Henry was quick to resolve them for me, including making some minor adjustments to the widget itself. It's early days of course, but I'm hopeful that this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship!!

Does exactly what we need it to and for a free app, we have no complaints at all. Of course, it would always be good to have more background image options and customisations etc - and would be happy to pay a one off fee for those kinds of things too. Recommended.

Exceptional app. Super stable, and deceptively powerful. We have free local delivery set up along with specific shipping rates for different areas in the UK. I really can't fault this app at all. We've been using it for well over year now and if you're looking for something to sort out your shipping, you need this. It's really good value too. I haven't used the support, so can't comment on that but that says something in itself. Sure, you need to put in an hour or so to figure it out - but it's pretty simple once you get used to it. You also need to be on a Shopify plan that supports carrier rates but if you pay for a basic plan annually, they'll activate it for you if you contact Shopify support. Update - after years of faithful service from this app, today we had an issue. Support was helpful and the issue got fixed (in fact it was nothing to do with the app, something changed on the Shopify end). I always think you can't really rate an app until something goes wrong and you get to see how it gets fixed. Suffice to say, I'm sure I'll be using this app for years to come. This is a seriously powerful app and we've been using it for a few years now. Customers are generally able to manage their own subscriptions without needing any help. Customer service is also top notch, friendly and professional. Rachel has helped answer some question I had about the new Shopify checkout integration plans. Recommended.

Awesome platform. So easy to use, great value and saves me hours every week. No more constantly flitting between different social media channels, we take care of all the customer service stuff either on the web or using the mobile app, all in one place. It's a great integration with Shopify too, pulls any conversations you've had in the past, any current or previous orders are also pulled through. Makes everything so much easier. We're huge fans here at Foundry Coffee Roasters. 10/10

Just a great app, so easy to use and very straightforward. Free plan is generous and means they have a customer for life here. Works great if you have a lot of return customers. Only downside is that you can't exclude more than one product category from earning points. If there was more control there, this would be the perfect product. UPDATE! - just got an email from customer services who explained how I could do the one thing that I thought I couldn't in the review above. Just awesome guys, thank you so much - Loyalty Lion is now perfect!

This is a great little app which allows our customers to simply pick up their orders from one of our brick and mortar stores. The developer, Constantin is so responsive, quick and helpful at getting everything implemented quickly and without fuss. I’ve asked for a tweak today and it was done within 10 minutes, exceptional service. Highly reccomended.

Fantastic app - it just works and the templates are really very easy to use too.
