Just started digging into the software. I am very happy with their support team. Unlike a lot of other apps, they are actually willing to talk with you on the phone to fix any issues or answer questions.

Just started using the app. I like it right now. But wish there was phone support or LiveChat to more quickly answer questions. The email support is great though. Overall was very easy to setup and I would 100% recommend it.

Opti-Monk is without a doubt the best exit intent software out there. But more importantly, their customer service is amazing. For example, they answer all emails in 24 hours, will get on the phone with you and even help integrate their software with whatever tools you are using. Their opt-in designs are clean and the backend is super easy to use. I highly recommend.

Amazing. Easy to use and allows you to setup multiple flows. Basically the whole app is already setup and you just have to plug in your content. Best email automation sequence out there.
