I've recently installed this app, and it works just as you'd expect it to, and is easy to set up. Not only is the software great, but the customer support is amazing! It's Saturday evening and I've been speaking with JP who has been amazingly helpful and patient with my requests. So if you're not sure, go for it, it's amazing!!

I've only started using this app recently, but already I can see that it's very intuitive and seems to be very reliable so far. Love it!

I have been using the ETA app for a while now, and have spent a log time with the support people, Jay in particular, who has set up custom timings for our slightly unusual business model. They are amazing! Brilliant product and A+ service, give them a try!!!

Not only is the software great - they just work as they should have all the flexibility that you'd need and are reliable, but also the support is amazing. Whenever I've contacted them, they've gone out of their way to help, and always totally understood what it is I'm asking for, and always sorted it. Every time. This is an update to an existing review I had in place, and I feel compelled to update it based on my experience on using this app for a few months. Firstly, the way this app works, it makes Shopify works as it should have in the first place, with the sticky add to cart and slide cart. These two features have definitely increased my conversion rate and made it easier for customers to buy. Second, the app is totally reliable, it just worked. Third, the support is amazing. I've just been speaking with Henry and despite my impatience and rudeness he was really polite and helpful. The problem by the way was actually related to another app I use, not this one, I just didn't realise. The app functionality, reliability and support is amazing, I love it.

I have used a couple of filter and search apps with Shopify and this is by far the best. It's really intuitive and you can do everything you want to, in any way you can think of. Also the support is amazing, I had a usability problem (my fault), so I emailed them and they fixed it immediately. Amazing people and app!!

I have been using Zigpoll for a while now, and it's amazing, it works just as you hope it to, and there are loads of useful features while still being simple to use. I can see a lot of work has gone into it. And the support is first class, what more can you ask for?!?

I spoke with Dhinakar today and the level of service was amazing. Not only is the app amazing, but I have it working exactly as I wanted, thank you so so much!!! I've been using Klaviyo for a month and I love it. The developers seem to have managed to build something that is very flexible with a lot of functionality, yet very simple to use, well done! Also the support is amazing! Really can't fault it :) EDIT: I spoke with Hayley today, she was really friendly and helpful, thank you!

I have been speaking with Krystal today, and I can honestly say that I think this is the best customer service I've seen that I can remember. Not only did she help with the problems that I was asking about, but also noticed a couple of other things that were wrong and fixed those too, and promised to send me a guide so I can fix it myself in the future (after theme update). Amazing service, and amazing app! My GTMetrix score went from a D to an A instantly, thank you so much, love it!!
