A bit of a learning curve, but help was always responsive, answering my questions and sometimes digging in to our listings and making some corrections directly in our content. The extensive help library is excellent.

Excellent app. It is flexible and functional and has everything we need to run promotions. I appreciate the analytics too. Attention! There is some learning involved, which is to be expected with something so comprehensive. But, once you get the hang of it, you are all set. Support is awesome; very quick to respond, really helpful and patient and thorough. I recommend.

So far so good. It is really easy to set up and does exactly what we need it to do. I needed help and got a response right away. I also asked for a feature a few months ago when I first tried it out; to be able to add the gift message to Order Printer, and within a short time they made that functionality available. Way to go! Thanks so much.

Great app for labeling products with badges. I like how I could customize them and really appreciated the quick customer service when I needed help with a particular customization. Thank you!

We just started using this app to replace MailChimp. It was pretty easy for me to import everything from MailChimp with their available guidance. In just one day we have our customer lists, our email sign-up forms & landing page, abandoned cart email and a a campaign for people who never opened their last few campaigns to come back and get a discount. The automated discount code feature is simply amazing. Integrates easily with shopify. Easy to build campaigns or emails.

Easy and quick, and it does the job that Shopify should do. It will save a lot of time and phone calls. Our theme had a link on the account page to edit the address(es) of the customer account. We were forced to leave MagentoGo by the end of the year, so we launched on Shopify on cyber Monday of all days! Shopify's limited discount abilities were an immediate problem; we needed a holiday sale. Product Discount came to the rescue. It was easy to set up, and I like that it added "Sale" banners to the things that we put on sale. It was easy to schedule and end time for the sale too. We added 10% discounts to selected products by creating a sale collection and without having to go into every product page to adjust prices, which saved a lot of tedious work. I especially like the one-time fee structure...no monthly payments.
