FANTASTIC APP!! This app has replaced a much more expensive app that I was using for pre and post purchase up sells, and also has enhanced functionality. Not only that but if you require support they are amazing. They offer a 30min support call via calendly link, the service from Kavishan the support rep I spoke to was superb. He solved by problem and gave me great insights into utilising the app to its full potential. Thank you very much Logbase!

I have had a number of bespoke coding and CSS improvement requests since installing Yotpo over 18 months ago and Yotpos customer service has delivered on each occasion. Not only is the app awesome at efficiently collecting reviews for my business but the customer service is A1! Keep up the good work guys and keep employing your awesome customer service reps / devs. Excellent!

I used this app to help me market a 'Shop the Look' section on my website. Initially I had some issues with the functionality but Alex and Eugene's customer service was 10/10. If you are looking for an app to help with shop the looks then this is by far the most cost effective one out there (21/03/20) believe me I did my research. To cap it off you will also receive excellent customer service from individuals who are prepared to go the extra mile for you. Superb App & Customer Service! This app does require knowledge of how to edit specific parts of your code, product template, collection, cart and featured collection on home page. Being a novice at this I requested the help of the Apps customer support and I can confidently say this has been the best customer service I have ever received for a Shopify App. Bart firstly sent me detailed explanations on how to fix my product template but as I had issues finding the relevant code to update on my collections and cart templates Bart took over and made all of the edits for me. The result is a very slick and visually appealing discount offer on my website that has converted very well during a Black Friday sale. Well done Bart on your customer service skills. All the best
