great app support, Emma was a great help, she did everything she can to help me and solve my problem in matter of few seconds!

We use this app to create custom orders for customers who have many individual components. We need to hide the stuff that makes the bundles. This app does it with no issues. We also use it to make kit packages. We will be using this app more and more over the years. Thanks!

They updated the app a couple days after our trial ended and I left the a 3 star review. The main issue was we can't search for products making it unusable. Seems this is fixed. Because the trial is over i'll need to wait to try again. When we contacted support they were nice and friendly. They couldn't help us at the time and needed to do an entire app update. We had to uninstall a couple days before the end of the free trial. (also we were hoping it would work on POS which we though it was originally listed as compatible. But now it's not) I could have miss read in the beginning. We were searching for something POS compatible so its strange we would have tried this when it wasn't.

We had to change our POS from another platform to Shopify POS. Our business relies heavily on decimal prices for our lumber store. (board foot) After trying another app we realized the other app doesn't change inventory amounts. This app does! This app was the only accurate and usable solution for selling in decimals in the POS. We contacted the support team to change the units that is displayed and printed. Instead of lbs it shows bd/ft. They did this with no problems. Thanks! This app worked fairly well in our system but there were some very obvious issues. The app doesn't track orders in anyway after the sale. So there is Zero ways to tag or track the order afterwards. After running the app for many months we had to uninstall and find something that had tagging and tracking included. When we asked for support the developer asked us to change our review before he would help. Thanks, no thanks

After install and many back and fourths 5 days past with no fix. We were about to uninstall and they messaged me and asked us to wait a little longer for them to find a fix. 4 days later no fix and they just tell me someone will look at it soon. It didn't work from day one and there is no support. I can't wait forever!

We checked a number of different apps to run our discounts. We have a lot of different types of discounts and promotions to run, many overlapping. Discount ninja was able to make every promotion I needed. (some were complicated) Because this app takes over your cart attributes there was some minor conflict with our custom "special order" items not normally part of standard cart function. I emailed support and got quick replies. Also the support could understand my questions even when talking about coding. Everything got fixed very fast (it was only minor, but complicated to begin with) now our sales behave and checkout perfectly. After running this for a couple of months we decided to get the maximum plan because its working so well and paying for its self. Thanks!

I got this app for the obvious back-up ability not knowing much about it. The trial expired and we kept it going. (pretty good price) Today I accidentally deleted a page within our site. It would have been a lengthy process to recover through google cache. Instead, I was able to recover my page with just a couple clicks from this app. Made my life much easier and saved me a lot of time! Thanks!!
