Customer support is excellent and very responsive. If you're looking for an simple and intuitive with excellent customer service, then this apps is perfect! Highly recommend trying these guys out. Also, shoutout to Tyler! He understood our issue and fixed them right away.

We would 100 percent highly recommend this apps for businesses looking for a simple and intuitive program with excellent customer service. We had a great experiences with Blake and Elvis. Ideally, apps/companies with lots of customers lack in customer service experience, but these guys reply very fast, and answer every question thoroughly. Blake came out of his way to address an issue with our Senders Email, and offered us a free solution. Don't waste your time on another apps and just go with these guys.
Lexie one of their customer support representatives is amazing. All our questions were answered professionally and very kindly. She has shown no signs of frustration through any questions, and provided screenshots and articles. Anyone who gets Lexie as their customer support is in for a treat. Besides the excellent customer service, this apps offers you everything you need and personally we recommend it over their Aftership and Tracktor Order Tracking any day. If you're looking for an intuitive all around simple platform, then don't waste your time on other apps and go with these guys!
After installing and uninstalling multiple shipping tracking apps, we've decided to give Aftership a try. So far, they have the best customer service. Varun the support representative that assisted me today, answered all my questions clearly and quickly. He provided me with articles and links that would help get started right away. On top that he was very kind and patient. I don't know why people say their customer service was terrible. That is clearly not the case from my experience so far. Excellent customer service! Jon one of the team members of relentless apps is very professional and responds quickly. I have been encountering an issue and was recommended by Shopify to contact my support theme and apps. Out of everyone, I've contacted he was the only who took his time to investigate thoroughly and provided me with screenshots and screen records. I highly recommend this apps, not only is it visually beautiful it is intuitive. In the past we tried Bold Product Options, and encountered a lot of glitches. I would take this apps over any other apps.
Mary helped resolve my issue, right away. She knew what to do, was polite throughout her assistance, and replied very quickly. Not something you find too common with other apps customer services. I highly recommend UploadKit, not only is it reliable, but the designs are quite contemporary, making it the perfect apps for users looking for this feature.
