Setup was quick and straightforward, and the app integrates well into our site. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful. That said, there are some major drawbacks you should be aware of: Email delivery is unreliable, which makes communication with customers difficult. Pre-order status does not show up on the customer’s purchase/order confirmation. While it’s visible on the product page and button, the lack of labeling on the actual order leaves customers confused after checkout. If you delete the app, it will wipe pre-order markings from existing orders. I was fortunate enough to ask before uninstalling, otherwise this could have caused serious issues. If these concerns matter to your workflow, I’d recommend avoiding this app for now.

I loved working with Discount Mixer! The app made creating custom coupon codes super easy, but what really blew me away was their customer service. They helped me set up exactly what I needed and were incredibly responsive. It's refreshing to find an app with such great support - they actually care about helping their customers succeed. Would definitely recommend to any Shopify store owner looking for a reliable discount solution. 5 stars!

Great customer support. They helped me set up the plugin and so far it's working great at giving our customers the options to be notified when items are out of stock.
Super easy for our customers to use and they did an amazing job helping us when we migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify.
I've used GoAffpro for a year so far, and their affiliate program is so easy to navigate, and their customer service is great. We just moved from WooCommerce to Shopify, and they were able to transfer our program without any hiccups for our affiliates! Seriously happy with this app.
