I'm working with Anna at the moment and absolutely love the ad copy and graphics that she is doing on our account. We have seen a definite uptick in sales now that we are properly on AdScale for our meta ads.
Great team to work with, they are very responsive and keen to help you get any issue resolved. I would highly recommend this app to anyone!
Great support, Philo has modified the app and made it better based on my feedback so the developers are really responive.
Honestly I have had this app for years and never had to use it. I was on the verge of uninstalling it a few months ago.... Luckily I didn't. We got defaced by someone with theme level access via a Marketing Agency, and BackupMaster helped us get back to yesterday's version of our theme. I'm so grateful. Saved me countless hours trying to get back to where we were.
The support from them, and especially Raney S and Adi, has been great. So far, so good, and I have seen a definite uptick in reviews left by our customers.

Great search. We have used it now for years. Not sure how it can be improved, to be honest, if it ain't broke don't fix it comes to mind. I had an issue that was introduced by another app and they fixed the search within minutes! can't complain at all!
The support we got was horrible; we uninstalled the app as we never managed to get support to fix our issue. They kept on saying it was fixed, but it never was. Namely, we wanted to manage campaigns based on tags, and if we added tags to a product, it didn't get discounted like it was meant to be and it used to work, but they were never able to resolve that. I will not install another app by Amai....

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, there is no direct method provided by Shopify API to immediately discount a product immediately if a tag is added into the products. That is why our app will use a workaround method to check on the changes on a 4 hour interval basis and update the discount accordingly therefore the discount will not be applied instantaneously when a new product is tagged and will need to wait for the next scan time. Other competitor apps does not allow this solution and require you to manually restart a sales rules instead. We hope this clarifies.
Christos has been amazing in helping us set this up. It was the most proactive install support I have received. Within a few minutes of me installing it, I was chatting to him, and he helped me set it up. Now let's see how the app performs long term.
We use PushOwl and it's like a cash register.. every campaign we send, results in extra sales, so it's really a no-brainer. You really can't go wrong with it.
