Great response time and a willingness to help tweak CSS settings, which is huge for companies who aren't familiar with it. I also love that you can plug FAQs anywhere on your site. Recommend!! Always happy to help whenever you need! Glad you found app really pluggable and useful for you needs!
All of the built-in reports are extremely helpful, but if you're needing more customized reports, they are quick to help! We needed to exclude certain orders from sales reports, and they had a report built for us within a day. Highly recommend!!
