I find this app very misleading... you really can't do anything unless you subscribe - it's not free

Hi there, We're really sorry that you didn't enjoy the app! Our free plan has changed over time but we try to offer lots of options on that plan including the ability to pull images from your Instagram account and customize the look of your gallery. You can even keep it free indefinitely. It is true that some features require a paid plan but that's because we have to pay to host changes and some of the images. I can see you only had the app installed for a few minutes but we'd love to help you get value from our app. We're always happy to help you sort out a solution based on your budget. We started using this app first on www.astralcycling.com and now have installed it on our second shop. Works great and the service has been quick and always addresses what is going on. The conditional logic works like it should and allows us to build out so many options for all of our product pages. I like that you can build a group and duplicate too, not have to rebuild it all over again for another page. Other option apps i've worked with don't allow this and it requires a lot of double work. Great app for the price - you get a lot of options.
We have been using BOLD apps for two years now... and apparently BOLD has gotten so big they don't care if their apps work or not anymore. The service i've received trying to find out why this app no longer allows conditional logic is downright worthless. They are first tried to tell me that we contracted someone to change the HTML in the app and that it was not their fault... What!! only they have been the ones making any edits to the HTML of this app, we have not worked nor had anyone else working in the code. When I explained and showed them again what was not working, they actually send me screenshots of it working on another page - yes that's because I had started using W3 Options app (which I have now completely changed us to for options). they didn't even know their own app and when I sent them back that their example of "working" was not their app running... I've heard nothing back. Unfortunate as it started off good two years ago, but I'm now removing it completely going with the W3 Options app.
We've been using soundest for almost a year now and it works great for our needs. We looked around and for the price you can't beet Soundest, it's easy to use and has all the features the more expensive ones have. it integrates with shopify for us very easily.
So far this app is great and what I've been looking to add to our store for some time now.... I'm giving it 4 stars only because I'd like one addition - we'd like to be able to put a minimum order requirement for this app to fire as an option on checkout... so that it offers the options on say orders over $500... Support says they are going to work on this - so i hope it gets added.
allows for an easy dropdown option as the theme i use in shopify does not allow for dropdowns. I wish there was a way to specify pricing per option though.
