Support is great and always answers my questions. The templates are so helpful. This is one of my favorite apps!

One month in and Octane has been absolutely amazing! This has been one of the best investments we've made in our company in a while. Our support person (on the Enterprise Plan) Erica K. is hands down the very best! She is super responsive, proactive, and constantly trying new idea to increase ROI. I can't say enough about Erica's support. I wish we would have switched over to Octane years ago. -Terrance

The app is really great- the only problem is I can't add the same product as a trigger before checkout. So if you want more of the same product it only let's you add it as a trigger when adding to cart-- but then doesn't allow you to discount it. Customer service is great and Kelsey was very helpful and even stayed 15 minutes later past their closing to help me. I'm going to keep trying because the team is really helpful.
Shannon provided great customer support and spent hours helping me. She was outstanding! I really appreciated her time and help with our issues.
ActiveCampaign is an absolutely amazing CRM. It provides great integration with Shopify which has really helped us streamline our efforts and provide personalized experiences for our customers.
Karri and the team are absolutely amazing!! I totally recommend this app! Their customer service is second to none. I sent Karri an email because I/we (my cofounder and I) did not fully understand the reports on the app. Well, to make sure that we knew what was going on, he made us a report unique to our business, took time to do a videoconference call to explain the report, and gave us 1 week upgrade to the premium account for free. I cannot say enough about this amazing app and people.
Clement and his team are amazing! They are very responsive and will do their best to produce whatever reports your company needs. I totally recommend this company and app. They are outstanding! 5 stars! -Terrance
