I recently installed this app as part of the beta testing and everything went smoothly. The installation was quick and straightforward, and the purpose of the app was clearly explained. I didn’t run into any issues or confusion, and based on my experience with their other apps, I’m confident this one will be just as reliable and valuable. Excited to see how it continues to develop. cheers, Katie J Design and Events!

My wife, who was 27 weeks pregnant, had a bad fall and ended up in the hospital while they monitored the baby. I never left her side. Meanwhile, one of the app's servers shutdown instead of rebooting during an otherwise normal update. I wasn't aware of this until I got home, which is why it was down for a week. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
We've been using Customily to power the personalisation in our product range, and it's been a game changer! The platform is easy to use, reliable, and gives our customers a seamless design experience with real-time previews. It’s helped us launch new, meaningful products that our customers absolutely love. Highly recommend! — Katie J Design and Events

Best Search App Ever! Highly Recommend. The features are endless and support was so helpful in getting me setup. I have used other Search apps but they were just lacking in features. Love this app. Thank you so much :) Update - I have been using Smart Search for years now. The features just keep on increasing with this app! So happy with the recent updates. There are so many custom options available and their support team has always been more than happy to help when I've had questions. Thank you so much for making such a Great App :)

What a Fantastic App! I was hesitant at first, and did a lot of research before installing. After 6 months of use, I can without a doubt say, that it was one of the best things we have added to our website. Our mobile and organic traffic have risen significantly, testing shows almost double. Page loading speeds are almost instant and their Support team is Amazing. They are always very helpful & friendly if you have any concerns. A 'Must-Have' app for your site. I would highly recommend. Thanks Shop Sheriff :)

** AMAZING ** Highly Recommend. We have used a lot of Review apps over the past 6 years and this one is hands down the best out there! The Customer service is the best of any Shopify app we have ever used. Judge.Me reviews has linked in so well with our website and the other apps that we use. Thank you so much :)
Fantastic App! Would highly recommend. We switched over from another SEO app which we had used for years, it constantly had errors of late and we will never look back on making the change to JSON-LD for SEO. Setup was so Easy & Fast. The customer service has been outstanding and all of the errors we had in search console disappeared within days. Rich snippets were showing on our products within hours. Thank you so much :)
Fantastic App! I love the layout options. Easy to use too. Great addition to our e-commerce store. Thank you :)
