Super convenient and perfect for staying organized across multiple channels. It’s a powerful customer service tool is excellent. The AI is impressive. A must for our business. The Ai Agent is about as good as any I have seen.

Suriyaa was excellent and had me set up in a few minutes. The app is easy to use and cost-effective (take note you more expensive competitors). I recommend this app for all Shopify owners.

This app is perfect for small business. I love it.
Yotpo, as a company, overall has been a disaster for us. It has been the worst business decision I have made in 40 years. After churning over a million dollars in subscriptions and 3,000+ customers, earning money from all those while it was happening, only to discontinue the service themselves, I am not sure why I thought Loyalty and Rewards would be better. Support is not good and takes weeks for an answer. The Direct Rewards feature is not functioning correctly and requires internal assistance to complete, which can take weeks. No one can give you a straight answer. Do yourself a favor and RUN! Yotpo has killed our momentum and business, and I would not recommend ANY of their services. We tried them all and paid dearly, figuratively and literally.
I just completed the 90-Day Program with Rebuy, and it was a fantastic experience. Maria was hands down one of the best Customer Success Managers I’ve ever worked with—always available, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in educating us on how to get the most out of the platform. We’ve already seen a sales lift from the improvements made to our existing widgets and promotional strategies. I highly recommend Rebuy and the 90-Day Program to any brand looking to optimize their onsite experience and drive results.
