Since it was our first time working with an Orderful integration, there were a few challenges at the beginning. I installed this app because I already have amazon FBA inventory and thought it would be very convenient to be able to get shopify orders fulfilled by amazon FBA. It was pretty easy to set up, but when I got stuck I contacted customer support. Cara was amazing! She even created a video so I could understand how it works. She was quick to respond and made sure I understood the step by step process. I'm so glad I found this!

I just installed this today and I have been trying to figure out how to set it up. As I had some problems of my listings not showing up on Walmart, I contacted customer chat service. Yasmeen was so helpful and helped me update some of the product listings. It's so good to know that I have access to customer service anytime and they response fast!

I've been using this reward program. It's been excited to see my customers redeeming the points they had earned to purchase more. This helps our customers to keep coming back! Wow this app was exactly what I needed for my business. Every time when our products go out of stock our customers email us and ask us to notify them once the products are back in stock. It was getting difficult to track who needs notifications for which products since we have more than 20 items. I'm glad that we don't have to worry about emailing our customers since this app will do it for us! Highly recommend it!
