I have had an amazing, smooth, easy, experience with the app with the help of Cassie. I have tried a few product option & variant app and do have some issue which never seems to solve however, after deciding to try OPTIS I was pleased with the app. Customer service is beyond great and response is so quick. Cassie was there to answer all my questions and she was able to help me with everything that I need. Cassie was professional, helpful, kind and simple amazing as nothing was too much for her to do for me. Thank you Cassie

I had a few questions in regards to the set up and Tracy, Chloe and Liv was professional, helpful, amazing and kind. They were very helpful to me so the set up was easy for me to do and Liv reached out to me a day after to see if everything is ok on my end which is so thoughtful and kind of her. The response time was quick and was solved very quickly for me. I am very pleased and very happy with the service and app so far. Overall it is a good app with good features. Thank you

I was just setting up the app when I had a few issues and I could not solve them, upon reaching out to Qikify I got Rosa, and she was professional, helpful, very very patient, amazing and kind. The response time was quick and one issue after the next Rosa solved them very quickly for me. I am very pleased and very happy with the service I get from Rosa and I do hope I can get her again if I do have anymore issues. Rosa thank you for a very good customer service. I had an issue with my option set for my products and so I reach out to customers service. Helen got in touch with me in regards to the issue and she was able to help resolve the issue. Apart from this Helen was able to make the buttons style exactly like the ones I have for my products. My experience with Globo Product Options was very good as I did have Helen to help me and I am grateful for this. I find this this app really good as it helps me to create many variant for different products and it is easy to use. Thank you Helen for your help :)

I was exporting 7 of my products to my Etsy shop from my shopify store and I got in touch for some help because the process of the export was taking longer than it should. I got in touch with 3 different advisors over a week time and they tried to help and told me me what to do and said it will work but, I could not get any success and so I tried to reach out again for help and thankfully I got Mary Grace. Mary Grace was just amazing, professional, helpful and patient. She did her job properly. Mary Grace notice exactly what I was saying i.e the process is taking too long which was over a week by now. Mary Grace did not do what her other work colleagues did by saying to me I must wait for the process to published. Mary Grace grace saw it was taking long and did the necessary steps she was trained for and, that is she look on her end to see what is the issue and in no time she spotted what was wrong and solved the issue. I just dont understand why the other 3 advisors could not see and do what Mary Grace did and, it is so frustrating to know I have to wait a week for the issue to solve. Everyday checking and looking that my products and they are all stuck on publishing and it is no fun but, a complete headache. Mary Grace I just want to thank you so much for what you did for me. You are truly an amazing, hardworking, thoughtful and helpful person. I have no doubt you will continue to give such wonderful service. Mary Grace has taken the time to wait for the completion to be finish and has continued to monitor the process for me and to let me know when the products are all exported. I am new to smile.io and I was just setting up the app when I had an issue I could not solve and i reached out and I got Lynn, and WOW she was professional, helpful, very very patient, amazing and kind. The issue I had was been very stubborn but, Lynn had a heart of gold and patent in sorting it our for me. I was grateful Lynn responded quickly as earlier I contacted smile.io and I waited a long time. I am overly pleased and very happy with the service I get from Lynn to the point I hope I can get her all the time if I do contact smile.io its just one of those things that makes me comfortable.
