Always fast customer service - reliable and friendly!
So far so good. I love that it allows us to help our customers instantly. The only thing that bothers me is that there seems to be a delay when using on desktop. I hear my mobile pinging and then like 30 seconds later it pops up on my desktop. I don't like that there is an unnecessary delay in responding to the customers who are usually ready to purchase right then & there. But other than that, it's working great.

While the delay of messages between a desktop and a mobile device could be due to various factors, such as the internet connections on the devices or how different types of devices relay the data, it's also worth noting that often times it takes mobile devices less time to load the data. Very fast & efficient customer service. Was exactly what I was looking for, for my sale. Easy to use.
Super easy to set up and quick, responsive support. For API reasons, it didn't work w my ERP system to have post purchase add ons, but pre-purchase works great.

I've been using PageFly for several months now to build landing pages for my site. It takes a bit to get used to, but the support is always quick, and it does the job. Overall, I like this the best out of all of the options out there, and it has really worked out for my company.

I got this app to help me try to capture more upsells post-transaction. So far, I really like it. There's a lot of features to capture sales from different angles. The support has been quick to respond and very helpful. Excited to see how it performs in the coming months.
