Been using Lifetimely for about 6 years now and it’s the one app I’d genuinely fight to keep. We’re a repeat purchase business so LTV and cohort data is everything, and this is where we get it. It’s how we set CAC targets, it’s what goes in front of the board, and it’s where I look first when something feels off. The bit that matters most is the numbers are right. P&L with proper COGS and ad spend pulled in means I’m seeing actual contribution margin, not Shopify’s idea of revenue. Spend figures match Meta to the penny. Repurchase rate and time between orders have done more for our email and SMS flows than anything else we use. It’s got better every year without turning into a bloated mess, which is rare. Support’s quick and actually knows the product. If people buy from you more than once, install it.

A+ App Not much else to say, other than you can make bundles really easily and there are no limitations, like with Shopify's native bundle app for example. Also fairly priced.

I had some issues connecting our TikTok account and I contacted customer support. Sadhan connected with me and helped me through the entire process. He made sure that we sorted out every problem together. #1 customer support I have received from any Shopify app!

Great app, the team helped with the on-boarding and I'm very excited to see what it brings in sales wise! Edit: The platform is unstable on the back end and when you edit something, it seems to upset something else. I just tried to upload a new video and it deleted another video in my campaign, along with resetting the thumbnails and caption/title for the other videos. Makes no sense. Edit 2: Vidjet reached out to me and fixed the issues mentioned above. It's been a pleasure helping you to set up videos on your pages! One Click Upsell is the single best AOV booster we have ever come across. Now that they are on the Shopify app store I can finally write a review! We have been using it for 2 years. Our stats speak for themself: In our main store we have made an extra £188,538.80. In case you aren't familiar with the app, this is revenue on top of our original orders, AKA upsell revenue/revenue we would have missed out on. We saw an average of £2.72 increase in cart value across the board. Our AOV before OCU is around £32, so that comes in at almost a 10% increase in average order value. All in all we see an average of a 18% conversion rate on our post purchase upsells, which is phenomenal. Oh, and they also have the best customer service I have come across. Always get a reponse within a reasonable timeframe. I see that they are offering a 30 day free trial just now. If you want my advice, it's definitely worth a shot! It's changed our business.
