We've had a great experience using the Globo Menu app on our Shopify store. We recently needed to display a different navigation menu for our German Shopify Market and weren't sure of the best approach. The support team responded quickly and pointed us to the app's "Show on Market" feature, which was exactly what we needed. It was simply a case of selecting the relevant Shopify Market, and it worked perfectly across our storefront. The app is intuitive, easy to configure and offers plenty of flexibility for stores using Shopify Markets. Support was friendly, responsive and quickly pointed us in the right direction.

Solid loyalty app with exceptional support! We’ve recently launched our customer loyalty programme using BON and have been impressed with how easy the setup was. The app offers good functionality, even on the Growth plan, including custom branding, VIP tiers, and referral rewards. What really sets BON apart is the incredible customer support. Hazel, Sienna, Courtney, Chloe, Mila and the rest of the team were consistently helpful, proactive and open to feedback throughout the setup. Even when I had very specific requests (like changing SEO tags and editing reward labels) the dev team responded quickly and actioned everything exactly as needed. I’ve been using Puco Sections to expand my Shopify theme across two sites, and it’s been a great addition. The variety of sections makes it easy to customise my store without custom coding for sections that fall outside of the basics within the theme. I recently had an issue with font sizing on a section, and their support team was quick to respond and assist with a fix. The app is intuitive, well-designed, and backed by helpful support. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add more flexibility to their Shopify theme!

This is a really useful blog app which has loads of features and benefits you'd expect to be able to build a fully functioning blog area on your website - way better than the Shopify version. We've gone from not ranking for any of our blogs, to getting organic traffic since we moved from our previous blog app. The customer service and support is exceptional, any issue we've had or suggestion made has been taken on board to make the app even better.

This is a great app to help us print product factsheets for our extensive catalogue of products. Karen was fabulous at arranging the template layout across all the different product types we have. Very quick responses and very easy to work with. Highly recommend this app!

The support team are really helpful (Robert, Trixie and Brian) and do go above and beyond to resolve any problems. They work quickly and have ensured we are able to use their app despite having a custom pricing app also on our site.

We use this app to allow us to pull all our Amazon reviews through to our website. The widgets are straightforward and the support team are very helpful when there are any issues.

This app has been a fantastic addition to our site. It provides some really interesting data for us to use. It is especially handy being able to segment our customers (we use customer tags for different pricing on site) and now with a few simple clicks we have all the key metrics we need at our fingertips instead of ploughing through endless spreadsheets to analysis monthly sales. The playbooks are also really helpful, and although our email system doesn't have an available integration with segments, it still allows us to build a workflow for each of the main lifecycles of our customers. There are some new releases in V2 that I haven't had chance to fully look into as yet, but the product relationship area is sure to grow sales. And we will definitely be making use of the Facebook integration that has been recently added. The support team are second to none. we've had a couple of instances where we needed to chat and the team (John specifically) reply quickly, and are super friendly and helpful. Don't be put off by the cost, the insight this app gives has saved hours of my time, and is working in growing our sales each month. It's definitely one that is going to pay for itself.
