Numeral has been great and has been a solid upgrade from our last sales tax software. Thing are much more automated, and Numeral takes true responsibility for our company's sales tax filings. They resolve all issues for us and acknowledge when they make a mistake. They even pay any penalties and interest that may be incurred due to a mistake they made(which is not often, but it is nice that they do this on the rare occasion). Customer service has been great, especially from Taylor. Additionally onboarding was relatively simple. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is due their reporting, which could be better. That said, I informed them of this and they are actively improving their reporting.

Test Party's support is phenomenal and I barely have to think about compliance due to them being very hands on, proactive and communicative with updates.

Rebuy is an excellent tool for upsells and promo. Diana is amazing to work with, and we have loved the results of increased revenue, smoother gift with purchase campaigns, and higher AOV.

Customer service is fast and easy! Very well put together interface makes it quick and easy to navigate.

Such a great survey tool! Easy to build logic for dynamic customer questions. The incentives have been great for getting more completed surveys from customers. Their support was also top-notch during setup!
