I don't often update a 5 star review, but this app deserves it. We've been using it since the day they launched and are so impressed with the features that have been added over the years. The customer service has always been top notch. I especially like the ability to create Shopify customers with fields linked to select Shopify fields (including accepts marketing!) Exporting the data is easy. I can't say enough good things!

Give the staff time to help you...they have all the answers and will make sure you get to your end goal! At first glance, this app seems complicated. I installed it and promptly uninstalled it after playing with it. But as I reached out to other site managers, people kept recommending this app. So I gave it another try. It's taken a lot of back and forth with a customer service rep, but I am starting to understand how the system works and can anticipate how I need to set things up. The help documents are good, but there are so many different use cases that they realistically can't apply to everyone's needs. So don't give up...just be ready to ask for help and you won't regret it. Its a fabulous app with a lot more flexibility than I gave it credit for.

We required different filtering on different collections, using metafields. One support ticket later and a small customization fee and we were up and running. We had one problem after we published the theme, on a Friday night...at 8pm...on Memorial Day weekend... and I thought for sure we'd have to turn it off...but they responded instantly to my help request and fixed it! Great app, great service.

Fantastic app that works immediately. Lots of customization options (name of tab, colors, text, defined form fields, custom form fields, req/not required fields). The tab can be moved pixel by pixel into place if you want. Although not meant to be used this way, you can have no form fields and a button that redirects to another page so you can move people around your site strategically. Data is entered directly into a customer record (creates a new one, or adds to an existing one) and tagged - very easy to communicate with new customers that way. Couldn't be happier with this app and after discussing upcoming features with the developer, I'm even more excited.

Amazing app. It's easy to understand and leads you step by step in a consistent way no matter what you are trying to do. The level of automation is almost unbelievable and we'll do things we thought only a developer could do for us. The test site is helpful in identifying problems as you're learning to create automations. Fantastic support site with a huge breadth and depth of help topics.

I can't say enough good things about this app. The ability to add custom fields that display on each product (using the chrome extension) is something you can't live without. The help page is probably the best and most complete support pages I've seen in an app. I haven't had to reach out to the developer at all. There are so many features in this app, I haven't had a chance to explore them all. Extremely friendly interface for those of us that are less-experienced with coding.

This is exactly what people like me (a non-coder) need - a way to control costs by doing as much work by themselves. The functionality of this app is almost unbelievable. Being able to create tasks that run automatically or can be triggered manually will be an incredible time saver AND improve overall data integrity within the system-- our reports and communications will be far more consistent and targeted. General maintenance of the site will be cut by 75%. The customer service is amazing - they are responsive not only about the question at hand, but truly want to understand your needs so they can offer ideas to help you. They even direct you to various support networks they've set up. I've learned so much just by creating a few tasks. The variable cost option is a testament to this app's desire to serve the Shopify small businesses and non-profit communities. "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime" comes to mind...thank you for a great app!

This is a FANTASTIC app with amazing customer service. I love the option to pay a small fee and have the set up done for you, although the instructions are so clear, it can easily be done on one's own. The app provides unparalleled flexibility in creating custom fields and the interface is intuitive. You can assign a field based on a product type, tag, vendor or a specific product (using handle or URL). There are 6 types of field options (text, checkbox, pull down, etc) and you have full control over the field title and instructional/placeholder text and can have default values and set it to required if need be. The Better Reports app allows you to include data from the Infinite Options custom fields in reports! These two apps combined are game changers for Shopify users.

This is a FANTASTIC app and its uses are endless. We are a non-profit music school and we use it to confirm students have the proper prerequisite, or if a class is by audition only, or if a class is in preview mode and registration will start soon. It is intuitive, simple and straight to the point. We use Out of the Sandbox's Retina theme. The app developer provided the following change to the collection-template so that the tags the app creates (they start with "Els PW") are hidden. Thought I'd share it here as it was super helpful and allowed us to hide the tags in the filter we have customers use. This is a fantastic app and Ryan is super quick to respond and helpful. Sadly, we needed to turn to some more custom options, not because of any deficiency in his app, but because we have a unique data situation. But I was happy to try it and know I will return when I have another client that needs good solid reporting at a good price!

Can I rate it 10 stars? This, by far, is one of the most intuitive, robust apps I have every used in Shopify after developing four sites for various clients. While there are dozens of thoughtful, well designed, pre-made reports included, the real beauty of this product is the custom report function. I can't say enough about the flexibility and ease of use. All of the data is there, including original order-level line item data. Creating reports is as simple as drag and drop and you can create a variety of report types including matrix and charts. The customer service is unparalleled and when I identified a need, it was incorporated in the the app by the next day. His email said it had value for all his clients so he was happy to get it done quickly. Now that, is service. If you are concerned about the cost of the app I can tell you from experience it is far more powerful than the custom report function Shopify offers in its $299/mo version...so go for the lower version of Shopify and supplement it with this app...it is worth it!
