Excellent app and even better support. We needed a simple solution to be able to offer custom engraving on a handful of our products. The app is perfect for that
It's never easy to update a Shopify theme, especially one that's been modified but the Theme Updater app makes it pretty painless and straightforward. If you use OOTS themes it's well worth the extra.

Useful for quick resolution of customer issues when both parties are online with option for customers to leave a message when we are not available

Great app for putting best selling items in front of customers with very little effort. Also good for 'hiding' out of stock items automatically. Support very responsive
We initially considered writing a set of FAQ documents directly in Shopify as standard pages but thought I'd try this app. Blown away by how easy it is to setup and how much more professional it looks than using Shopify pages. Support is fantastic too! Highly recommended.

Awesome app that will save us hours of manual work. We used to fill in daily spreadsheets for our sales, product costs, transaction fees, ad spend etc etc. This is all now pulled in automatically without any input from us and we can look at any time frames that we need to. Support is also incredibly responsive and open to requests for new features and Karri in particular is very helpful.
Awesome app if you're dropshipping from Ali. Lots of really useful features to keep track of orders and far far better than the competition in my opinion
