Model worked ok but needed assistance training and onboarding. No demo or support aside from email available. Not enough support for the $1.5k they're asking for. Tidio is working great for us

We have a had a hard time finding an app that can give us the level of flexibility that MNML provides. They base their app off of Shopify Functions which, for a volume discount application, is orders of magnitude better than being limited by Shopify discounts. Granular flexibility, easy display settings, lightweight, and fantastic customer service. Thank you!

We were left scrambling when the Quickbooks-Shopify native integration was no longer supported and are thankful we found Marc and the team at WeIntegrate. Service is 11/10, Marc was so helpful going above and beyond to troubleshoot and fix issues that some of our other apps were causing. If you're using QBO and Shopify, this app is a must have.

This platform is a bug filled mess. Feels like it's in pre-beta testing. Can't combine shipments, can't split shipments, support tickets go no where... Don't get suckered in with the promise of no monthly fees, the headaches this platform cause aren't worth it.

I left the original review at the bottom, but needed to update. We left Opinew in 2023 because it lacked some features and integrations we needed as we grew. After a year on Loox, we needed features they didn't support so came back to see how Opinew has evolved. Wow, how a year changes things... Endless technical issues and Opinew has now outsourced support. Their support is subpar to put it nicely. If you're just using the basic features, it may be alright but there's a plethora of other review apps at a much better rate. If you operate a real business and not just a hobby, stay away. Original Review Love the app but love the service even more. Onboarding is a breeze, they walk you through all the features and help configure the settings around your goals during the setup. Support is immediate - we found a bug and their team had it fixed within a few hours. Highly recommend

They almost have worse service than Shopify. Almost. Not worth the ever-increasing-amount of money. Better platforms for cheaper. Wish the FTC would stop Auctane from buying up all their competitors, gutting the service and jacking up the rates.
