Great app and great support via chat or via scheduled phone calls. We had very specific feature requests, they listened, understood and delivered. Their recommendation system is top-notch and works perfectly with Shopify Markets (we have multiple currencies and almost 50 configured different markets on Shopify!) and Multi-language stores like ours. 5/5 - I'd definitely recommend.

Piattaforma funzionale al momento (14/02/24), la utilizziamo tutti i giorni e siamo su un piano Professional Annuale. Costa molto sinceramente per essere un servizio solo per prenotare le lettere di vettura. Stanno pianificando il rilascio della "nuova esperienza" e l'ho provata per un paio di giorni, ma mancano molte funzionalità chiave , ad esempio il "Global search". Se in futuro verremo forzati ad utilizzare la nuova esperienza, molto probabilmente saremo costretti a cambiare ad un altro competitor perchè per quanto sia bella da vedere, è chiaramente stata sviluppata senza aver mai utilizzato il loro stesso servizio. Mi spiego meglio: Per fare le stesse operazioni con la nuova esperienza, sono richiesti in media 3-4 click in più rispetto alla vecchia esperienza. Secondo noi, il rilascio della nuova esperienza porterà alla perdita di molti clienti in quanto, ribadisco, sembra sia stata sviluppata senza mettersi nei panni di chi veramente utilizza la piattaforma quotidianamente per lavorare e che questi cambiamenti implementati per la nuova esperienza siano stati imposti da qualcuno ai "piani alti", il quale erroneamente pensa di migliorare l'esperienza d'uso, quando in realtà la sta peggiorando. Vecchia esperienza voto 5 su 5. Nuova esperienza voto 1 su 5.

Fantastic app. Easy to use and to customize down to the last bit. We've been using since day 0 for our multiple feeds to sell in various countries of Europe and have had 0 issues using it till today.
