This is such an easy to setup App, but more importantly the support during the initial setup was 1st class. Emma quickly responded via chat to my request to make a minor change to the font weight and button size, the position was already in the right place. A couple of helpful screen shots to guide me into the right place in the Theme Editor and some copy and paste of CSS and the job was done. Thank you Emma for your support and a great App from REZ.

After having problems with an alternative Product Tabs App which I'd been using for 5 years I decided to make a change to something new. Installation was a breeze as was transferring across the static tabs a simple copy/paste. I did come across one issue relating to the Judge.me integration so contacted support on a Saturday afternoon. I heard back almost immediately and after authorising access thought I would hear back earlier the following week. To my surprise, Sunday morning I receive a message that it was all fixed and it was!! Outstanding service from everyone at TK Digital and an excellent App that has so many more options than the older version and all at the same price. I look forward to seeing what else they develop.

The saying that you get what you pay for is certainly correct. After a dismal and failed experience of using the free QuickBooks integration App I started to look elsewhere and came across QuickBooks Bridge. What a completely different attitude to questions and problems (of my making). Mohit answered my tax on shipping question within 24 hours and was able to point me in the right direction to get settings changed in Shopify so that it feed their App the correct information. No more faffing around manually editing each order everything just slides straight into QB exactly as it should. Yes, there is a small fee to pay, but the amount of time and frustration this avoids is worth every penny. Thank you.

I've always been sceptical about AI chat with it often giving wrong information or answers. Chizy is not like that at all and after some quick training and document uploads to expand the AI knowledge it works really well give precise answers based on our store. The integration directly into Shopify Inbox is a bonus and helps you keep an eye on conversations the AI is having. Thank you Jade at Chizy for helping get everything up and running quickly and testing from your end.

Setup and configuration of this App is so easy and it matched my theme perfectly. Ralph was exceptionally helpful with some live chat support, even on a Saturday evening. A fantastic App and given the responsiveness of the support I would highly recommend it. They are really keen to hear customer feedback and look for suggestions on what you need as a Shopify merchant. Feb-2026: The team continues to be exceptional with their assistance following a theme update causing an issue with the App behaviour. Contacted, helped and resolved in under 30 minutes, simply brilliant. Great team.

Antoine and the team at Teleship have to be one of the best teams for offering support for the App and being open to suggestions for additional features and improvements. The initial installation and setup was quick and simple with useful notes and YouTube videos to get you started quickly. An initial query was resolved with a few minutes in a video call with Antoine and we were up and running. In the same call I mentioned that it would be great to be able to process eBay IOSS orders for EU customers which we import through the Shopify Market Connect App which Antoine said they'd look into. A few days later and another video call with Antoine and a developer to check some eBay IOSS details and within a couple of weeks they had an integration working. No longer do we have to sort eBay IOSS orders and process them through a third party courier everything goes seamlessly through Teleship. As a bonus the pricing was cheaper that our previous IOSS registration and the parcel prices are very competitive without the need to use comparison websites. From our customers point of view they've already fed back how quickly they've received their parcels without the delays of customs processing, extra payments for fees and knowing to total order cost right at our store checkout. Most of our Western Europe parcels have gone from leaving us to arriving at the customers door in a week!! That's incredible given it's peak season for the postal services and couriers. We can't wait to see where Teleship will go next with the development of the App. Thank you everyone at Teleship.

We were looking for something to offer discounts to Education customers without having to hand out discount codes which are often shared. This App was perfect for our needs and works great. We opted to use a Shopify tag to identify which customers get which discount and once setup it pretty much runs itself. I had a query about a shipping discount with support and Haley quickly responded to my question and pointed me in the right direction. Great App and great service - thank you Sami.

Odie was very helpful and instantly available to help me get started with the App. We're now coming up to a week in the trial and customers must be loving the new tracking page, even though orders have increased, the number of enquiries about package tracking have fallen. This is an excellent App and highly recommend it, especially for it's multi-language facility. (Jan 2025) I have had to reduce my 5 star review to 3 as unfortunately although support has been excellent they have had several weeks of issues tracking Royal Mail in the UK so I've had to uninstall the App and look elsewhere as this no longer works with our main carrier. When it works it is excellent, but certainly test this with your main carriers before committing.

Excellent after installation support initially. After a recent update some of the more recent products were missing. Upsell support resolved the issue keeping me informed of their progress and it was all back and running smoothly in a couple of day. All in all an excellent App with support to match. Sept 2024 update - if an add-on goes out of stock it is still presented to the customer. This is a shame and something the developer isn't going to change (or make an option not to display) after enquiring with them.

(August 2023) A very easy to use App and highly customisable to fit your store design. Couldn't quite work out how to make a font weight change, but a quick message to Kartik through their instant chat support and it was sorted in a matter of minutes. (June 2024) A further contact with support after a theme change and I'm pleased to say that support continues to be excellent. Sneha had the button popped exactly where I needed it in a matter of minutes. This is just the sort of support and App that Shopify store owners need. Thank you. (September 2024) Just started to use the new Preorders system and Anaam help sort a small badge problem in just a few minutes. The company continued to go from strength to strength with support and also features.

We've used this App across both. v1.0 and new v2 Shopify theme and found both the support and usability excellent. It may not be the prettiest of Apps, but that really doesn't matter as it gets the job done easily and without fuss. This app is a fantastic product for use at our store weatherspares.co.uk . No more having to print and send invoices manually it's all done through email professionally and automatically. I have one small issue with a number on the template, but support was able to resolve this for me in a matter of minutes. I've been trying the App on a month by month basis, but given how good it it, the paper saved and folding and postage to manually prepare invoices and packing slips it's well worth the subscription.

Excellent service from Soufiane in helping with an email verification issue. Resolved quickly and promptly via live chat. The support team are a credit to the excellent App they support. Further excellent support from Victor today who resolved a phone number issue in one of the fields. Fantastic support.

Having used the Hulk contact us form for several years, I was pleased to see the more comprehensive form builder offered. Once again excellent service from Nitesh in support who quickly helped with a query and I was up and running in minutes.

Setup was simple as was getting the badge integrated. Couldn't quite get the positioning right in the location, but a message to support and it was sorted within 12 hours. Fantastic App and service.

This really does make the customer return process so simple. There are very few places without Collect+ stores nearby and of course their coverage is always expanding. Also the setup is quick, simple and the support during this is was second to none. If only all Apps had this level of end to end support. I've been using the ClickSit returns system for nearly a year now and they continue to improve the services offered to UK retailers A1 all round.

I've been using the Mega Menu for a few months and really appreciate the versatility it offers. Had a question about reordering the items in the menu and the support query was answered in a matter of a few hours and even with a helpful explainer video. Excellent product and top support. Thank you.

This App is exactly what I was looking for to add extra tabs. The theme I had supported three, but this allowed many more. As the theme was customised, the installation needed to be completed by support, but this was done within an hour of contacting them. Outstanding service and so helpful.
