After Shopify's Inbox sudden fall from grace, this simple and elegant app is being a life saver! The colors are customizable, as well as the texts when first opening the chat, it allows for a small FAQs with quick answers, and you can also customize how much info you need from the customer in order to get back to them later, in my case an email is enough. They also have a Chatbot you can train, though my own shop is strictly non-AI, it can be a great tool for other type of shops. If anything I just wish they had a "Dark mode" instead of a white background, but, it does the job. I'm thankful for this app.

As of Sept 21st, 2026, this app is f*****k now. They added and bright purple "sign in" button right in the customers faces which cannot be removed. This was working beautifully for years, now I spend time and search for another app.

Perfect app! I needed to just quickly solve the problem of my (thousands of) empty SKUs, and this app did the job for a reasonable price and in a matter of a couple of hours. Customizable, can select unlimited products by collection, or by search and select, clean, organized, fast, and uncomplicated. Very much recommended and will use again next time I publish new listings.

I've been using Art of Where since my Etsy times in 2017 and later in Shopify all the way until 2026 and counting. It is true that (so far) their production times are on the slow side, but they make up for it with some of the best products in my shop, the quality of their fabrics and the printing are unparalleled, people love them despite the wait, and when there is an issue, they have always solved it. The app works very well, I like how easy is to create new products,sync them to the orders, send them to production, and then the app also handles the order confirmation with Shopify (which not all POD apps can do). It's also very easy and fast filter and ignore other products from Shopify, which helps keep everything organized. Despite the speed, Art of Where is a reliable company, with great customer service, and the app is safe and easy to use.

I update this review after about one year using the app, to reconfirm the 5 stars. Although it still requires a little manual work, the app improved A LOT since I first installed it. Customer service is TOP notch, the Ai is ok for simple stuff, and when questions become more specific, the response of the live agents is speedy and efficient. The only rough spot continues to be reviews, while it seems to be working with Judge.me (I don't know anymore), I've switched to Okendo for many reasons, and it just doesn't seem to have automatic options for translating reviews or reviews from that app yet.. Still, I tried quite a few of the most popular translation apps before this one, and this one so far continues to balance price, quality and usability the best. I'm still staying :)

I just installed the app, and so far I'm really impressed with it, in just a few clicks, the widget blends beautiful with the rest of the design, and it does as advertised! It instantly changes the website according to the various settings, easy to use and easy to reset. Moreover, I'm super thankful that at least for now it's free! Since my shop is not yet too popular. Thank you guys!

I used this app for at least two years. And it does what it promises, no problems. But what angered me happened at the end, when I signed up it was $9.99 a month, now the moment I cancelled the plan I saw that at some point in time they had changed the price of my plan to $7.99 behind my back, but they continued to charge me $9.99 for who knows how long?! Support conceded that they made price adjustments along the way and that there was some 'miscommunication', offered some credit that I won't use because I was moving to another app, and more importantly didn't mention for how long this had been going on, so I won't know how much I over payed. I know is "just $2 extra a month" but it's the principle, and it doesn't feel nice.

Getting this app was one of the best decisions I made this year for my shop! With Shopify's Google Channel I had an infinite number of products and disapproved items with errors that just kept coming, not to mention they only allow targeting one country at a time. With Multifeeds not only I can target numerous countries, but it got about ALL my products approved from the get go, in minutes. It looks a little intimidating and overwhelming at the beginning, and I did have to spend some time understanding how it worked, but success is not supposed to be fast/easy, this is a necessity for an app that does its best to offer you error-free control over the data that goes to Google. Customer service was also wonderful in helping me make sure everything was set up correctly and patiently answering all my questions despite time differences, and I'm very thankful for that. EDIT: after a few of months using the app, I can 300% stand behind my initial review, customer support has been AMAZING in helping me polish things here and there, it has brought people and sales, and for shops with different products and timings we now we have the ability to also input different handling and shipping times for different collections/products! Really thank you for this app!!

This app has probably the best and fastest customer service I've found to date! Eli, Julia and Simon are caring and fast to resolve any doubt or apparent issue that may jump out. The app itself is very well designed and is very easy to understand, with a lot of choices regarding the SEO templates, it seems to be working exactly as advertised, taking care of excess size and helping a ton with the metadata. Very much recommended!

I appreciate from the bottom of my heart that the free plan allows me to have something basic in place after just importing my old shop, while the new one gets back on its feet. Over time I've had to contact support a here and there to help me adjust the app colors to fit with my theme and design better, and they have always been great and lightning fast to do so every single time! Customer service is top notch, very much recommended!

I've been using this app for at least 2 years, first on Etsy and now on Shopify and is one of my favourites. It has no comparison when it comes to erasing, adding or changing images in bulk AND adding or editing variations also in bulk! It is THE BEST app out there for this. Among the many functions, the ones for editing tags, prices and for search and replace text, whether is titles or descriptions are also very useful, easy to use, and convenient. 200% Recommended!!! Can't go wrong using Vela!

BEST · APP · EVER!!! Is not only clean, beautiful, customizable and straight to the point. It also has all these beautiful triggers and options that allow for even more experience customization! I hope to use it forever!

I wish it allowed "live" editing of individual listings AND bulk editing of several aspects of the selections at the same time the same way their competitor Vela does. -1 star. Also beware, just because you can export a CSV with Google fields (and spend 2 hours editing it), it doesn't mean you can import it back into the app, as I discovered after the fact. You can only edit one Google field at a time from the app, so quite frankly I don't understand why is that even an option if it's unusable. -1 star for this bad time wasting experience. Otherwise it works great and it seems to be the best bulk editing app available with options for bulk fixing the Google fields.

Super sweet app! I was able to make the landing page of my dreams, and when I encountered a small issue (that turned out to be me not having completed doing something) support was available by chats at all times to help me. Really great!

AWESOME! Yes, it happened, something I moved on the code (?) destroyed like half my descriptions, thanks to Rewind I was able to recover the lost work in just a few clicks!!!!! For a very reasonable price, it is a lot of peace of mind!

The app does the job and it's one time payment only, which is highly appreciated! It seems that in many cases some manual adjustments will be needed depending on other SEO apps one may have installed , but customer service was able to respond and solve the little issues SO fast it left my head spinning. Thank you really! 10 stars for convenience and very much recommended!!!!

Amazing, this was one of the smoothest experiences I've ever had synchronizing two complex apps/accounts. It was so fast and simple I was almost confused, like two clicks and that was all?. And I was automatically verified as a seller! Which makes everything all the more sweet. Thank you to the developers really!

So far so good! This app does have a lot on one, which saves millions of hours of work and is what I was looking for! And most importantly, when a small issue/confusion arose regarding the plans, customer service were very quick to go above and beyond fixing it! Many bad reviews on this app clearly were made without fully understanding or testing how the app works, and without going to them first for help. They will have your back if anything happens, 100% recommended.
