Service is absolutely horrible. Asked to cancel some orders from cover and I was lied to about how many orders was 'not identified' but I showed them clearly we have been charged for them. And then we went on for about a full month of me asking for information of how the charged was calculated and everytime they try and send the document the link was broken, the request was blocked or some issue was happening where I cannot get access to the document. This is really starting to become a scam and hiding behind poor customer service will still charging me $2-3,000 every month. I was talking to Monalisa and she keeps reassuring me they are working asap and will fulfil my request but she keeps sending me broken links and leads me around in circles.
