Max at Rebuy was incredible! He went above and beyond over several days to help me set up my GWP, even when custom coding was needed. Max guided me step by step, shared helpful docs, and recorded a Loom video to make sure everything was done correctly. Awesome service!

This is a fantastic app with all the functionality we needed (which was a lot), and the people behind it are incredibly helpful and fast at responding. We're so grateful we chose to work with them this year and we will definitely continue to use it.
There was a ton of back and forth with Support in order to get the app set up and working for our needs. It's not ideal to need to contact support so much in the set up, however their support team always responded with a 24 hour response time, and helped resolve all the issues until we had the app functioning like we wanted! All in all, I would set this up well ahead of time, but once it's working it works great.
The app support is incredible! They are so quick to respond and help to get the exact custom report that I need.
ReCharge has made it so easy to offer our customers a subscription to our products! And it's easy to edit in the backend. The support team is great and really helpful. We do experience issues with customers not being able to log in and change their own upcoming orders, so sometimes we have to do it for them, which is an issue we're working to resolve.
The app is awesome, and their support team is really helpful & responsive! Was easy to customize on our website, I can edit typo's on my end, send automated Review emails, it has everything I wanted. Trying to find a solution for spam reviews which we started receiving and I reached out to their customer support and they responded within 30 minutes and gave me a good interim solution.
