This shipping and return solution is one of the best we’ve ever had. The clean and intuitive platform makes it easy to manage all integrations in one place, and you can even add your own contract. I highly recommend it to anyone.
Amazing experience. While publishing the app to Apple and Android, we struggled with a few things, but support helped us with everything. I am glad that we have changed the app builder to Evlop. I can recommend these guys!
For the time we used it, it was very easy and the customer service was great
I haven't seen so greedy developers as these. We have installed the tiktok shop app to manage products and orders directly via Shopify. As we have a whole team who is dealing with it, we have noticed that we need to give them access to the app but we need to pay for every single member who wants to join and have access to it. It's $12 per seat!!!!! This is ridiculous. Never seen this kind of stuff before and as soon as I installed the app, I removed it and knew that I would not use it again. As an addition, you don't have any information on the app page regarding the pricing. We agreed to pay $18 for an app but an additional 24 is not acceptable.

We have been using reviews.io for some time already. Whenever we have some technical issue or concern, the team is always ready to help us. If you are with TP at the moment, go and swap to reviews.io how we did!.
Not a great start. We have installed the app and we are stuck on the onboarding screen which we cannot switch off. There is no "x" or "close" button. Chat support exists but they are replying very slowly and unwilling to help. It has been the second day of "using" or even not using the app and we cannot do anything.

The reason for seeing the onboarding screen which is stopping you from moving forward is due to exceeding the allotted order volume limit for the free plan (800 orders). Amazing! The app just does the job. It's very intuitive and simple. If you want to offer WhatsApp chat to your customers, just install it. Rahul and the team will help you if you have a problem setting it up. Well done guys!
All the necessary features are extra paid. Don't waste your time as it's not worth it. Stock sync - 35 dollars, orders sync 25 dollars, app 35 dollars... big no!

Yes, we need to charge for our services in order to recoup the massive investment in time and energy we've made into all of our apps here on Shopify.
Easy to use and the tustomer service is very helpful with any problem and issue that you might have. Recommended
It's been one day while we are testing the app but it's been just great! Support team is so great and helped me very quick to solve the problem. Can definitely recommend the app as it just does the job!

This app and the team have been more than amazing. So helpful and willing to do as much as possible to support their customer. We are using Hulk Products Option App and many others for months and we have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend them and their products/apps.
