We use bundles for 90% of the products we sell. HOWEVER, we have to create MAJOR work around to promote these on social ads. Bundles means we can’t use any of the native social sales channels. Reporting sucks because we have to create special reports to see sales data. Bundles do not flow into Triple Whale but all the individual items do. As a result, we can’t see which bundle is the top seller. The only benefit is the individual products flow into NetSuite so we can keep our inventory accurate. Come on Shopify, Q4 is here…isn’t it time this is fixed?

We have partnered with Refersion to assist us in running a successful affiliate program for a couple of years now. We have found their platform easy to navigate for both the brand and the affiliate. Their customer support team is attentive and available when there has been a need for assistance. We like that we have the ability to customize our program to run in a manner that best fits our brand's needs.

We migrated from Yotpo. Process was seamless, the support OUTSTANDING. We have MORE customization options, easier moderation and we are getting more reviews back. I highly recommend this product!

We started using this app in June 2018 and it has been the sole form provider for all of our forms. When any of our apps are filled out and submitted it sends an email notification to our support desk and we are able to manage from there. It is simple to go back and export all the submissions so I never worry about losing information. The developers are quick to respond if I have any issues, which has only been one time and that was on my side. Definitely worth the money and easy to use!

Adam did a great job introducing us to the platform. He spent all the time we needed to learn and has checked back in since. When we have a question, their support chat is on the ball! (Thank you Shannon!). More important is that our FIRST campaign, only 568 texts, gained us $1,200 in sales 75% of that within 2 hours of sending. Excited to have set up the abandon cart automation to see how it performs for BF! Excellent app, integrates with Klaviyo and Zendesk. Super easy to use and if you get stuck there is a ton of support at your fingertips. DO IT!

We've been using the locator app for about a year and is easy to navigate. On a couple of occasions we needed support we were taken care of quickly and fixed the challenges with no disruption. Thanks Rahul!

We just installed Octane AI on free trial to give it a shot in hopes of converting some of our abandoned carts. After adding we are quickly finding all the options on how to message the customer! We use this app to create a group of 25 unique, one time use discount codes for our partners. This app works wonderfully for us every time. It is so easy to use...from the create process to export: wonderful! And with THOUSANDS of codes distributed we have had NO issues when customers redeem. Thank you for creating such a great product!
