One of the best integration and automation platforms, we use it to connect shopify to whatsapp business api and it does magic. I am technically inclined but not a core techie, the support/tech team we super patient with my constant custom requests for edits and enhancements and made sure that my setup was behaving the way we wanted it to. We were super interested to try the bundles app, it works semi-fine but it needs a lot of improvement. Issues: - One of our customers bought a bundle, the items were added to the cart but were not discounted. - We can not add a bundle to a customer's order from draft orders. - Percentage discount Suggestions: It would be nice to have a dynamic bundle: To have one of the bundled items manually selected from a collection

This reporting app is super customizable, its even better than the reporting found in our inventory management software that we pay tons of money for. You can combine all the bits and pieces of data that has been accumulating in store which helps you make informed decisions. It works but it slowed our website, and it sometimes crashed our checkout process. I have sent support a request, I have not received an autoemail assuring me that my message has been received and I will get an answer soon, We are now looking for an alternative.

Amazing app that does exactly what we need, the customization is super, customer support needs a little improvement, submitted a support request and haven't gotten support automated reply that comforted me of someone getting back to me asap. We wish we can add the order price to the label, it would have been just super and exactly what we needed. The app is pretty customizable due to the addons. For us, we needed to dissect the small country that we serve into different time zones based on cities. And each city had its own cutoff, processing and delivery time.

I believe that every store needs to have this app, works seamlessly and effortlessly. It has saved our team a lot of time managing our storefront. Highly recommend it and its worth your every penny. I would suggest though that when an item goes back in stock, it be placed exactly in the same order as we have placed them manually.
